This Is Paintball 

I remember watching this video when I was like 15I’m now 24 getting back into paintball again finding my passion . This video is so nostalgic.

Three years ago, I watched this video after paintballing with some friends. Just standard recball stuff. I watched it over and over, and I knew this was something that I wanted to do. I wanted to be that guy sliding head first in the mud. I wanted to be the guy running down and bunkering the snake 2. I wanted to be the guy in a gritty snap battle, paint everywhere. Today, I play with San Jose Royalty, a far cry from the green beginner, aching for his shot to do those things. Thank you, Alex, you may not know it, but this is what started me on my paintball path.

BEST Paintball Video Ever and the reason that I started playing paintball. It also inspires me to keep playing even when i have a bad day, no other paintball video on RU-vid comes close to the pure epicness of this one.

One of the best videos for the sport that I've seen in a while. Call me crazy, but I think that what every you're using to film captures the way that a lane actually looks like when you're playing and makes the video that more real.

Why do Airsofters and paintballers hate each others Sport? I play speedball, mil-sim paintball and sometimes travel across town to play Airsoft. I just enjoy shooting people and having fun meeting new people. It's amazing how many haven't tried the opposite sport. If they did they'd realize that both are fun and have great, friendly people to play against

Paintball is a lot more competitive than Airsoft.

Im 13 years old, I've been playing once a month since i was 11 and a half. I play speedball now and played my first proper event this year. Give it a try, Hurts the first few times then you get used to it :)

The camera captures tight angles of the paint so that's why it looks like its dropping short. In reality they are actually shooting across the whole field.

The reason the markers are not shooting far is because they don't have to. In airball, the ranges are very short. The guns used for airball are designed to shoot that distance. guns designed for woodsball will shoot more accurately at far distances.

It's one style of paintball. I prefer woodsball and magfed but speedball is fun every once in a while.

Agreed speed ball isnt the face of paintball but just is one form of the sport. Paintball has many different styles to suit a wide range of players.

These are used due to portability of the field. Many of the fields used in the NPPL, Millenium and PSP series are moved around. Also, the inflatable bunkers offer some pros over static objects (flexibilty, able to manipulate, etc). If you hate these "balloon" obstacles, then this style of play (competitive) isnt for you.

first type of paintballing i did was woodsball....now im a fairly built guy 6'2" so far and i was playing with my friends who are smaller nd fitter than me...and to make it worse i was wingmaning my marine friend..but it feels great :D running around climbing over eveything *sorta feels like moving around rubble in bf3* but yeh it was great and i now love paintballing :D.
