God got yall. My parents went through fertility issues, but the doctors were able to clear it up, and a few years in, they conceived me. And this was nearly 40 years ago. It does happen, but it's just a test of your faith. He's gonna come through for yall.
My mother was a fertile and she tried for a decade. One night she prayed to God and asked for a son, and of course in his pleasure how he would want him. Therefor my brother and I was born. My brother is an atheistic but I am a Christian. Praise the Lord. Have faith

My wife and I struggled with that as well. Before I came to Christ, I had tried committing suicide because we lost a child and I was deep in lust and wonder for 2 years if we was gonna be able to have another. I did that because I thought God was punishing me for it. Now we got a baby boy on the way. PRAISE GOD!!

He creates in his plan. I remained faithful that God would see us through. Now, I have 3 giggling balls of joy and thunder. Each one, with their own testimony from birth. Never give up. God is the healer. God is the GREAT PHYSICIAN, and God is THE CREATOR! He will see you two through, as his will and timing fit. We are a living testimony of that.

My wife and I tried for many years as we both had issues (she had super low progesterone and my hoard of egg seekers are malformed and thus are non-swimmers).... we did IVF and now have two wonderful healthy children.
I had a problem with getting pregnant also I gave up then my Father passed away following that I got a call saying we were going to be deployed for the gulf war but the military said that because my father just died they didn’t feel I was mentally ready so I did not go thank God because I didn’t know at the time I was pregnant! Already we tried for years
There is a lot of infertility in our family who came from fertile myrtles. That is by design I'm sure. I wasn't supposed to be able to have kids because of a pcos dx. However, I had mine with ease and look back to how that worked. No social media stress, lots of sunlight and exercise (I have a small farm). I also did pilates on top of all the farm work. I am built like your bride and so the pilates enhanced my curves. I think the social media is a joy killer. My focus was completely on my husband and myself in those days and it was some Song of Solomon days. I would love to go on a social media fast and experience that again with him. I pray fertility in you both and lots of babies in Jesus name amen.

It can trigger the body to stop menstrual cycles. It might take your body longer than normal to heal and get back on a cycle.
This might sound crazy but many people who went vegan were able to conceive successfully after switching the diet after a time... obviously living a more non toxic life style abstaining from smoking and drinking and and type of substances...purifying the diet whole foods plant based low fat diet... are all ways that can help the health to optimize and you can even start with some herbs and supplements that support female reproductive organs, like raspberry leaf is a great one...
