I hate her but how does a federal representative write the laws for a city? That's all on the council and mayor. Oh also...people in Alabama have been getting 3rd world diseases. Conservatives criticize california because they're like the insecure child who bullies others to hide their shortcomings. The top 10 wealthiest states are democrat. The the top 10 poorest are Republican. Mississippi is the most overweight, the most poor, and has the worst education. It's literally a race to the bottom when it comes to red states. That's why conservatives focus on Democrat cities and California. California which under eternal democrat rule has become the 5th largest economy in the world. If CA were to become its own country, there'd be a major loss of revenue for the USA. After all, red states consume the majority of welfare benefits (due to endless poverty) while paying hardly any taxes. You get the picture. Sit down children. Sit down and enjoy the tax dollars blue states generously send you while you try to steal elections and dismantle democracy.

I wouldn't put age limits, but I do have a few things I would implement that I think would fix most of our problems as a country. 1. Term limits. 2. All elected officials lose the right to medical privacy. All that should be public information. 3. All elected officials lose the right to own stocks unless they are held by a third party that is legally barred from communicating with the official. 3. Single issue, plain language, single digit page limits for all bills. 4. Require every bill that has ever been passed to be reauthorized every few years.

Mac, he didn't want to be President after Beau's death, but he stepped up because he saw the risk of Trump, would-be plutocrats, Qanon, and SCOTUS, and wanted to prevent the suffering they cause. Now the US is at risk of becoming like Russia and/or civil war (and there's a ton of harm to undo) and there's no one else with his expertise and experience, so he can't step down. It's frightening, but I think he's doing the best possible job under the circumstances, and I pray he stays healthy. At least he still works out, eats right, and has healthy relationships with loved ones. The before and after pictures of Presidents show accelerated aging, but Joe is tough, healthy, and a very canny fighter. And perhaps for the first time ever, there is someone under more stress than the President of the US.

Sometimes, younger doesn't mean better. Doesn't mean more qualified, morally, intellectually, or physiologically prepared. I have worked with young and old individuals. When you want a commitment to finish something, forget about the young generation: their priorities don't include their job or their obligations, and that's fine. I don't think it is the same commitment. Now, could you translate that to public service?
