This Is Philippines Geography! 

Some quick history for those confused about the Pacific Islander comment Ken made at the beginning of the video. Us Pinoys are apart of the Austronesian Ethnolinguistic group. An Ethnolinguistic group is a group of people who share genetics as well as linguistics. The people within the Austronesian Ethnolinguistic group are the Aboriginal Taiwanese, Malaysians, Indonesians, us Pinoys, Micronesians, Polynesians, and even the Malagasy of Madagascar. We are one people, many tribes, separated by thousands of miles of ocean, the only people in the history of man to span so far and wide via the ocean. Our family is really a beautiful thing. Us Austronesians were also once labeled as a separate race known as the Malay Race, but now we all fall under the Mongoloid (Asian) Race. The Philippines was even once apart of the Spanish East Indies which also included many Islands in Micronesia. Pacific Islander is not a race, but a culture. People who claim Pacific Islander are apart of the Austronesian Ethnolinguistic branch of the Mongoloid (Asian) Race, which makes us Asian at the end of the day, but both answers are acceptable, even though some get mad when we choose either or. What I’ve observed about the “Asian” or “Pacific Islander” thing is that for Filipinos who grew up in the Philippines, we consider ourselves as Asians. And those who grew up in the U.S., they consider themselves as Pacific Islanders.

3:19 I've been on that Highway when I was going from General Trias - Bicol IT TOOK US 11 HOURS BECAUSE WE HAD TO STOP FOR GAS!! We stayed at Bicol for 8 days and went back with another 11 hours. GOSH THATS LONG

Just to correct what he said at the beginning, it's supposed to be "Handa kana? Magsimula na tayo"

So i live in the philippines but i don't really experience flooding (lucky enough to be born in a area that has a low change of flooding) and the part where we love rice...WE ABSOLUTELY DO also if your visiting i suggest trying sinigang,bulalo,chicharon bulaklak,choco rice (forgot tagalog version). Especially sinigang if your intrested by maasim foods (forgot english term)
