This week i've been thinking a lot about family and all of the special people in my life, Archie met some 1 day old kittens and had a baby date with his little bud Harrison!
We hope you enjoy this weeks video, not every week is full of days out and exciting moments, but to be honest, it's the little moment in life that I enjoy the most, like waking up and being greeted by Archie's smiling face, or spending the afternoon with my family that make me happy. What makes you happy?

You seriously have one of the prettiest babies I've ever seen. Not that it would matter since every Baby is darn cute but Archie is beautiful with his huge eyes and the dark hair. :)

Wow doesn't Archie look like Rikki! Also, sit ups are probably not the best thing if you want to get rid of your mummy tummy, because sit ups improve your abs which then in turn will make you tummy look bigger because the muscles are pushing any excess skin out. The best thing for it is cardio, and then just a little bit of toning :)

Archie gets cuter every vlog! Absolutely adorable. Ricky is also so sweet. He's really come out of his shell a lot and I love your relationship! And when you talked about your granny and how close you and your family are I actually got a bit emotional because I feel the same way about my family. It was just really touching and you can tell you and your family love each other so so much. Lovely video

You really are one very lucky girl indeed- I remember watching the vlog where you said Ricky proposed to you in front of your great-nan, but didn't realise that she had passed away so soon afterwards. Hi Kate, I have exactly the same problem with my 8 week old son he won't sleep in the day but researching online I found that if you swaddle them put them in a swing (I have the same one as you) and put a hair dryer next to them it should get them off to sleep :) worked for me and he used to fight sleep all day!

Kate, little tip for you when you do those leg raises...if you put your hands just at the bottom of your spine and do them it helps support but you can still feel the....burn lol xx
