This is really embarrassing... stuck in valet mode 🤦🏻‍♂️ 

I'm very sure they disabled the valet mode, had a joy ride, then put back on valet mode with their own 4 digit pin.... that is the reason why.....

Now all the valet dude's learned how to turn of valet mode though XD

Place a ziptie on the fuse box(s). This way is someone attempts to get in they'll have to cut it and when they do that you'll be able to easily tell.

Haha That would suck! Did you ever figure out why it didn't work? Did the valet pull the fuse and put their own code in just to screw with you? Feel your pain man.

A dealership did this shit to me after I put it in Valet mode for a service. They pulled the fuse then put in another code. Gave them a hall of a complaint with corporate. I wish I saw this before unhooking my battery.

Is there a way to lock the trunk so they can’t access the fuse or battery? Otherwise there’s no purpose to valet mode a quick YT search will give them everything they need maybe take the tool in the fuse box and lock it in the glove box so they can’t pull the fuse 🤔

I got a parking ticket in downtown LA, and I looked up the address date and time and at the time of the ticket I was in a very nice place in LA and remembered I valet the car but I remember clearly there was nothing on my windshield. Turns out the valet guys threw it away! I went down to the place drove there and they wouldn’t even own up to it and said the valet people are from somewhere else, using my techniques I got them to pay for the parking ticket and give me 20 bucks cash for gas money

The valet reset it by dissconecting the battery had a joyride and then set there own pin, thats probably why your pin wasn't working.
