I love how bonkers this one is. It's so catchy and the video is funny and surreal. I love that he said they decorated the apartment for the video by just nicking some plant branches and leaves and sticking them to the wall of a friend's house. 😂 Why not show Danny some Trick the Fox? Early Ren so he can compare? Or the Spontaneous Jam Stream that has a bit of 50 Cent?
Its catchy but only sound surreal. These lyrics are more real than people seem to realise. Ren is actually telling whats going on in this world backstage.

"And you said this is a one take?" It's one continuous shot from beginning to end, but they probably did several takes and picked the best one. But imagine the storyboarding and choreography involved _just for Ren and the cameraman._ and then he has all these other people doing their bit, and then rushing behind the camera to prep for their next appearance in the video. He sets such a high bar for himself, and always seems to reach it.

I feel like The Hunger is short enough that you could combine it with another song, while he's there. Maybe do The Hunger and follow it with something that's a complete mood shift (like the newest Fred Again Mashup or one of his joints with Chinchilla or Eden Nash).

These lyrics are more real than people seem to care about. Also for the visuals, giving many references to the reality we are living in. This world is a stage and Ren is actually telling whats going on backstage. Not to mention that this song came out right after the Queens death and Prince Charles became King. RU-vid keeps doing this to me, I'm subbed and notifications set to all and yet if something drops I don't find out untill hours after the drop or the next day. Once I found yours I found the crews too, I thought it was mad though only 5 thousand people caught it live I really thought it would be more. The track was insane as usual also it's great to see so many reactors tuning in live for ren I totally fan girl when in the chat now with all you celebs there

"Animal Flow" is based upon the 1945 book "Animal Farm" by George Orwell. There are some other English political and pop culture references, but the context is basically a satire of Capitalism and modern British politics.
You could go new music (there's so much).. I would go for different stuff to show versatility... so Crutch or Children of the Moon (mostly because their favourites) Also, the acoustic version of this one, with this so fresh to really compare them. Or the 2 Murderer's or the 2 Genesis (if you want some to contrast). For just fun you could go to Right Here Right Now, or Uninvited. Really you can't go wrong.
Funny you mentioned budget, money game 3 was the highest budget they had and it was iirc 30k. Any video before that including animal flow they never spent over 1k.
Yeah I know about his budgets. It's usually one needs a bigger budget or be an inspiring artist that the director wants to go above and beyond for. Ren does that to ppl lol
