Fun fact, what you're hearing is the demo version of the song, which became the official final version as well. Everyone listening to her behind the recording room had their hairs standing up in the entire time she did her vocals. She did all of that in ONE take, so greatly so they decided to keep it in without any edits, no autotune. That is her real, raw performance in the song.
Actually you got it the other way around. The version you hear in the film's credit and on the Titanic Soundtrack is the demo version that James Cameron heard when James Horner presented it. This version in this video is the re-edited and more instrumental version that was released for pop-radio and music videos as well as in Celine Dion's Let Talk About Love Album. In my opinion, the demo version had a more cinematic touch to it because of the different vocals she used in the ending part.
Did you know that Céline Dion my heart will go on has the Guinness world record for the most played song on the radio 📻 worldwide with over 500 billions times played yes you heard right 500 billions times and still climbing to this day check Guinness record you will see that I’m right most played song ever 🥰👌
I’m about to be 31and I grew up with this song and movie. It’s still sad cause the real titanic did sink with all those passengers, kids and babies on there 😔 I know the love story wasn’t true, they put it in the movie, but the movie still makes me cry along with the song 😩 shits scary.
In 97 i listened to this song before sleeping every night for months, before the movie came out... it wa so powerful!!! Imagine when o saw titanic in theatre, and already know the song (i had celine's album let's talk about love) ... wow!!! ❤❤❤❤❤
My favorite song she made IMO. The music video was edited with the clips from the film so well, especially showing the ones who lost their lives in real life too.
I'm kind of bummed out because we don't get these sort of music from the good old diva days anymore. I'm glad I lived through the 90s to enjoy such pop masterpieces and from artists who are just so talented and emotive!!
Whether you are a fan of Celine Dion, ballads, rock or whatever you have to agree this is a great song. I mean anyone can see why this song became a big hit and helped the sales of the Titanic movie and of course the movie helped to sell the song also.
Have you ever reacted to because you loved me, that’s the way it is, I’m alive...also brilliant songs. Also I’d like to say I’ve seen her live....when she sings this there isn’t a dry eye in the house and full room is dark except her and lights are all lit up. It’s just magical.
Seeing how much you enjoy beautiful voice(s) & ballads, Please Please react to Marcelito Pomoy singing The Prayer (Celine Dion & Andrea Bocelli Duet) Live on the WISH Bus
I’ve got a suggestion that I think you’ll really like: there’s a song she did that I don’t think a lot of people know about that she sang so beautifully back in 2007. Look up Celine Dion “I Knew I Loved You” and you’ll see what I mean. It’s about 4 and a half minutes long. 😊
i will try to cover all u guys write to me. We are growing fast and its amazing and i get more and more request and i promise i will do them from time to time. Ty
