BTS original japanese songs are always so heartwarming and emotional, and they work with the same producer on them, UTA, so he really knows by now how to highlight the members. Btw. the LA LA LAs in their songs are alway so catchy but this one was just so mesmerisnig.

First of all, I hope you are doing well. Usually, if a music video has something to do with the BU universe, it will be mentioned in the description. This MV doesn’t have it but there’s soooooo many references to it. I am not one of the theory ARMYs but I read a bunch of theories and they all make sense.

Thank you for this reaction Caitlin!! Loved it! Yes, I love Jin’s voice!!! Fun fact, he’s voice was the first of the vocal line that caught my attention! And I’m OT7, but lately he’s be coming for me, lol! Also, I’m glad to see quite a few people commenting that this isn’t confirmed to be a part of the BU because on some other reactions I would see like one or two comments saying it’s not confirmed and a bunch said it’s a part of the BU. I don’t like when people are saying it like it’s a fact. We also have to remember that the Japanese Movie “Signal”(Adapted from a Kdrama by the same name) has a time traveler storyline as well, that plus the fact that it’s not BU certified makes me personally think it’s just for the movie. Anyway, that’s how I see it, at least until BigHit makes a statement confirming it’s BU related.

XCeleste has already made an explanation video connecting just about EVERYTHING in the mv to the storyline. She's also made one about the entire storyline. Her theory is really well pieced together and she provides visual proof of it. I think it's really interesting. But since none of us know for sure yours too is a really interesting perspective that I've never thought of. 🤔 Aaargh, now I have to think it all through yet again. 🤯😭 (Purple you still though 💜)

Just a heads up. Film Out doesn't have "BU content certified by BigHit Ent" in the description so it likely isn't part of the BU storyline. The company always includes this in the description of BU MV's so there's no confusion...but everyone is making theories regardless 😅 I personally think it's a standalone mv and I like it more that way.

Aww, I thought you were takiing a well-deserved break! But I can't really complain, because I love your reactions so much! :) Thank you for doing this one! I hope you get a good rest from editing! About this MV, for some reason it makes me tear up right around the end where Jimin sings "as long as it lasts, as long as it lasts", followed by Jin, then Tae, and that guitar fading out. It just HITS me in the moment, I don't know why! But it happens almost every time! Also I'm sure others have mentioned that this isn't official BU content (at least, it doesn't say so in the description, which the other BU content does), but there could definitely be allusions to it. So don't worry if you don't catch it all! It's all theoretical anyway! (since the BU isn't "done", no one can say definitively what the full story is!) Regardless of any BU connection, I loved the visuals in this MV, and the song is just beautiful. Take care and have a lovely weekend :)

I love this song but it makes me wanna cry the more I listen to it. ㅠㅠ Just a correction about crediting. This song was produced by UTA (who also produced "Stay Gold", "Lights" and TXT's Jp song). Iyori Shimizu (from a well-known J-band that I like called Backnumber) and Jungkook co-composed the song. The synergy of all these genius minds resulted in this beautiful but heart-wrenching art. I am so so impressed by Jungkook. During the past few years, he's been on a roll when it comes to composing beautiful and advanced melodies. His lyrics are so wonderful to listen to. 💜 Among BTS' BE album one-on-one interviews I found his to be the most insightful because it was the first time that he opened up that much about the songwriter Jungkook.

- any music video or trailer (minus the VCRs in concert/award show performances) related to the BU will actually say it is certified BU content in the credits of the music video, so no, this is not storyline related - they've been very good about letting us know which songs are part of it, so, unless THEY say otherwise, I will assume it has nothing to do with it - this song is part of the OST for a Japanese remake of a Korean show (called Signal), and THAT story has to do with time travel, the butterfly effect, and parallel dimensions - there are similarities to the BU, but it is NOT the BU

It’s in a diary format from all the members that actually clears up SOOOOOOO much (but obviously more questions come up). It isn’t BU official but I see so many connections too. Looks like Jin tried saving the members several times but later discovered the only way is if he sacrifices himself 🥺 that’s my interpretation. It may just be a connection to the Movie.

if you will watch their story line before jin was the reason why jk had a car accident,,that was jin who drove the car...and I think all member knew that but they decided to not speak about that...so in this I think jin want to save jk there that's why jin is looking at the time glass and jk did it too...that's what I analyze it.
