The C4 corvette is so underrated. This generation fully modernized the corvette and allowed it to complete with cars far more expensive.

That is not a LT1,it's a L98

Technically it is the first LT1 but it was more popularly known as the L98. The engine cover says LT1

@@rileypaynestewart no it’s an l98, completely different engine, lt1 wasn’t built till after the zr1 lt5 has been outsourced to lotus and the vette team wanted to also make an updated engine which is what led to the lt1 and then later the lt4. The l98 was completely separate and unrelated to the lt1. The plate in the car doesn’t say 270 or 275 for the horsepower, that engine will produce 245-250 horsepower and 350 ft-lbs of torque stock Edit: side note, just an easy google search you’ll see the top end of the engines are completely different and what he points out at the “charger for the supercharger” is an alternator… Man’s really disrespecting this nice car

@@rileypaynestewart Technically your wrong. L98 is the tuned port injection. LT1 has a shorter runner length and came out in 1992. L98 245hp 345tq LT1 300hp 330tq

It’s not the worst one they made. 7 international and worldwide world records and the 24 hour land speed record for more than 2 decades? It’s the worst because people don’t like the looks! It may be ugly, but it performs! The diamond in the rough.
