I hear you loud and clear girl. He will never get near me again. He’s not a bad person, but he is not healed and has so many addictions. I’ve done the cord cutting, and I clear my energy, send it back to him, and transmute it every day. Luckily, I have very protective ancestors and spirit guides. Huge lesson! It almost broke me, but I’m a warrior! I’ve grown, he hasn’t. He can’t meet me on my level anymore.

I think these rituals are a pretty personal thing, but it will work if you set the intention! I invited Archangel Micheal to help me, and then I, pulled the cord right out of me instead of cutting it. If the entire cord is gone it can’t grow back!! It was pretty deep and it took a while to pull the whole thing out. Then, I kind of sent it back to him Iike a slingshot! It was powerful and inspiring.
