Try to get your heels on the floor in every plie. Cross your arms at the wrist (and step closer to the barre). It will make you hold your back in a better and more realistic position
It could be a mix of both dance and comedy but I literally use to dance with her and she moved dance schools but I’m still at the one and we train professionally
Jump higher so you can point your toes more when you jump. And if your gonna say your in center, make sure there’s no mirror we can see to tell your not doing it in center. It looked great otherwise! Edit- One more thing I noticed, when you go into passé, you’re not connecting to your leg, so maybe slow it down without the music to make sure you really hit that passé.
There’s a lot of potential in this. Since you’re using the barre to support yourself and leaning over you’re not making use of all of the power from your glutes and your core. Also practicing in this way can make it more difficult to keep your hips from moving while you jump which is present in your echappé(can’t spell). When practicing upright. Try focusing on engaging your glutes thru your core to get that support from the backs of your legs to make this even stronger. Laying on the floor an engaging your core to feel your backspace and allow your hip flexors to open up would be a good way to find this feeling and translate that to center. You’re doing a great job. Already so much power potential and passion ❤️
THIS IS SO GOOD! I have done something similar in center , the only thing I would say is for some of the points you went a bit to far behind your heel. But super good 🤩🤨
Gere are a few corrections from someone thats been doing ballet for 6-7 years now: 1. Try not leaning on the barre, its bad for your posture and it will help your balance more as you get used to not holding it tight. 2. When you go into passé, you're not pointing your foot enough AND try bringing it to your knee 3. When you jump, try pointing more 4. When you land 5th, try putting your heals on the ground. Tip: try doing a plié before jumping, it gives you a good boost. And try slowing it down with no music so you can see technique wise. When you get the hang of it, try it with music.
It’s so great you have been dancing for that long I mean I’ve been dancing for nearly 10 years now but tip number 1: don’t learn combinations on the bar when you start point!!!!!You have to start on the bar to balance?say if you have just started point and haven’t got the hang of it yet you could roll over your toes and break your ankles and that could be the end of your dancing life! And to be on the bar you have more stability so your dance teacher can give you corrections for your technique then when you get like I don’t know 2 years into point then you can start learning combinations in the center like learning turns on point👌your other tips are spot on and I don’t know if your dance school likes you starting on point in the centre and if they do, I appreciate that but me as a student at my dance school knowing my dance teachers they wouldn’t make a start in the centre because we don’t have that stability yet on point but if you read this comment, thank you for reading it🙏
@@Its.stitch9965 Im not sure if I didnt clarify about what you talked about abt the pointe in centre so sorry abt that 😅😅😅😅. I started pointe this year. My dance school starts at the barre aswell (sorry if you got confused. Im not the best at explaining over text. I explain better with speech lol) but we do get told to not hold a tight grip on the barre to work on our balance. Its only been like five lessons and we're being told to start letting go from the barre so we can work on our balance. I think it's way too early for us to start letting go from the barre while on pointe imo but we just follow the teacher's instructions 😅😅😅
You see, i love doing ballet on the bar. In fact, i did ballet today for dance class! I have done dance for about 7 or 8 years and i would like to make a tiny correction. Well i can start with your posture, i see in the mirror behind you that your back is really bent focusing on your feet. Ballerinas love when they have great posture and always put their back straight up! I know it’s hard because you have no mirror in front of you but thats why wall mirrors exsist and i have a big mirror as a wall so us dancers don’t have to worry about looking down. And also always keep your chin up but otherwise, great job!
Cross a bit not in your cots and make sure that your foot is touching your lag in the possy in cupay, also stand up straight bc I can see in the mirror that your not up straight and using your core but otherwise it looks good Also sorry I can not spell in French 😅❤
Can I get pinned????? Also I only have 2 corrections and a not at the end of the corrections 1 Attach a bar or a handle to the side of your wall so you can hold on with one of your arms and so your posture gets fixed 2 make sure there’s no mirror so you don’t get exposed ✨THAT’S ALL POOKIES BYEEEEEE✨
Try to get a tight fifth each time, your 3rd coupe was good, make them all like that, and maybe possibly maybe don’t put that much weight on the barre 😂
Your not pulled up ,all your weight is at your feet ,because the echappes are not strong and toes are not pointed in the enttrechequttes .need to get off the barre
