This is the Hardest part of the McLaren 720s build - Episode 27 

Yo vTuned, this build is off the charts. We know you spent a ton of $$$$ on parts. But honestly, if you add up all the time you spent, it would far outweigh the parts cost. This is a labor of love, man. And it shows!

This is one of my favorite YT car rebuilds of all time. Ben has been meticulous with this project every step of the way. As much as I want to see it run and drive after completed I'm going to miss this build. Hopefully we get a lot of B-roll when it comes time.

My favorite car restoration channel. Love the work you do and watched this project . How you remember where all the nuts and parts go , even filming it all as you do it, it nuts to me (did you have any left over bolts or screws?) You are a humble guy as well for your age. Nice to see in nowadays.

Seeing the machine as it is now, it’s mind boggling to think you did a complete tub/shell swap on it. Totally mind blowing. Epic work!!! 👍👍

It’s all coming together nicely, and yeah it’s true, the finishing touches are always insanely stressful to get everything looking good. I personally would leave the wiper arms satin black, because wipers are ugly and gloss black would just make them stand out more, which wouldn’t be good. Trim, cowls and wiper arms are usually satin to help hide them and give a sleeker look.

Another fantastic video, love watching these, so talented, keep them coming, best one so far the McLaren, I am from the UK so a little biased. Love these cars!!

It’s been a long hard road, but it’s looking fantastic and can’t wait until it is completely finished and on the road. White was the way to go. Looks clean even if it isn’t. Not like black would be. That shows every speck of dust and dirt. Congratulations on your persistence and determination during the build! I wouldn’t have attempted this, even when I was younger. I’m 64 and have other people take care of repairs and maintenance of my vehicles. An injury that left me left hand pretty much useless is the main reason. Enjoy your toy!
