The acting in Top Boy is amazing but I was really stunned at how good Kano was. He’s always been good but he was incredible in this series. For somebody who isn’t a ‘traditional trained actor’. All I know is he deserves awards.

Dude!?!? I'm stunned Kano isn't classically trained. The nuanced grittiness, subtlety, delicacy and overall fragility he brings to Sully this season is award worthy.

Top Boys legacy should not be underestimated, when i started watching i was a good boy like Ra'nell, by the end of season 2 i was selling drugs and throwing kids off balconies.

Top Boy IS too good, I watched on netflix and have since wacthed 3 more times!! The actors, scenery, action, plots and writing are more than great. The soundtrack is fire! It's an amazing show! I live in NYC and I'm surprised that I didn't hear more people talking about it! I was waiting to see it as a trending or popular show on netflix but that didn't happen! WHY?

Thanks Drake. This is an awesome series. I almost got stoned when i compared it to the wire on some online movie group who's fans were just Wired. I Love Top Boy and hope it goes in well past season ten. The writing, directing and acting was superb. Cant wait and i hope it has about ten episodes now.

I didnt knw nothin bout Top Boy until I saw it on Netflix. Absolutely amazing!!! I love how they tell different stories from different sides of the Characters. Watched all the old seasons afterwards. Shout out from Germany. One of the best Series in general. Should win a price for that. Cant wait for Season 4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14...

What I love is the character development.The writers are committed and patient with the characters. They have created some complex, dynamic characters that feel so real.So human.I am blown away by the acting as well.Sully REALLY stands out for me this season.I am a loyal fan.All the way from Trinidad and Tobago!!!!

I've never watched a show where I literally LOVED the drug dealers! Like never! But this show is So beautiful and so authentic that you feel so deeply for each and every character, and you finally know why they did what they did... like Jaime's character is astonishing! All the details in his character is crazy! His good manners, the way he talks to his brothers, the way he's both mom and dad for them in such a young age himself, the amount of responsibility on his shoulders , the way he likes everything neat and clean, makes sure the house choirs are equally devided, makes sure both brothers get the best education...the amount of sacrifice.... this show and all the details in the characters' lives are beyond words! Sully and Dushane of course are my favorites, too! It's impossible not to love and care for them! For all the real James, Sullies and Dushanes ... stay strong brothers!

I hope this show gets the credit it deserves, best acting since breaking bad

What I love about this show is the raw talent it has moulded into really good actors.. Jasmine Jobson and Michael Ward plus the rest of the cast is just amazing.. Reminds me of how "the wire" introduced great actors like Michael Kenneth Williams, even introduced us to a Young Michael B Jordan.. and the original "Jaq" from Baltimore.. forget her name

I recently started watching Top Boy. My favorite tv show if all time is The Wire. Top Boy takes me back to watching The Wire. Hard to stop watching. Brilliant writing and acting. So glad that i decided to watch.

I loved the first two seasons, which were/are on Netflix here in Canada, was bummed out it when it got canceled, so having a third season was fantastic news and the show hasn’t lost any of its original bite. Looking forward to more seasons hopefully!

This is an amazing series with incredible actors and amazing music. I can’t believe it was cancelled. I loved watching a show with actors from all over Africa. I hope all of them get to do whatever they want with their career. Drake did something good and I appreciate that.

Maybe its a bit too authentic.. I dont think I've been anywhere outside of the manor where I've seen so many "wha gwaans's, choops, bruvs, and fams." I'm over here twitching saying, "Is that what I sounded like back then?" Been binge watching.. for me I get a sense of nostalgia about some fast, fun, and often furious times once upon a time in London town. Glad I survived it.. not everyone did. Thinking back there was little sensible reason why everyone didnt.. But everyone wants to be the big man. Nobody can or should have it all, yet it seems as tho there always is someone that tries to...so.. "braaaappp-braaaappp!!" So happy to see this come back in a timely enough fashion so that it seems a smooth continuance of the original.

I want more Top Boy!! I literally can't get enough of this, like the actor was absolutely AMAAAZING!!!!!! I love this so much, I'm hooked and feel obsessed with all of the charactors right now after finishing watching this. It's amazing how Kano and Ash haven't aged from day one when it cancelled. I love Kano, what an amazing character / acting he played and Ash was bloody brilliant as well!! They were all so damn fantastic, Michael Ward (who played Jamie) is fantastic too! In love with the show, is too damn good!! Thank God for Drake bringing it back, but WE WANT MORE !!!!

With the new season coming out I have to say this about Drake he has an eye for talent between this & Euphoria it’s undeniable. I mean Dave & Simz have gone global since the last season came out.

Started to watch this show for getting to know more in detail bout the MLE Accent... The Reality portrayal in it got me a bit jittery but the bigger aspect it touches like Family, people got me to soldier thru the feeling of depressed monotony... I think I have acquired the taste by now nd nothing seems to be better than TOP BOY now!! Really pumped for the 4th season
