1-1.2 kg pork loin
Salt
Black pepper
3 cloves of garlic (garlic powder)
2-3 tsp mustard
Let the meat marinate for a while while you prepare the filling
1 onion
250-300 g mushrooms
80g bacon
About 100 g of cream cheese
1.5 tbsp capers
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 teaspoon paprika powder
1 tsp oregano
1.5 tsp whole grain mustard
1 tbsp honey
Potatoes (600 g)
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 teaspoon paprika powder
¾ tsp garlic powder
Black pepper
Salt
