Hello, I think it's a nickname made because she's been living and working in Hong Kong for a long time. Her name might be the one before 'Chang'. Maybe

I may be wrong but her name could be Ai (I thought Jimmy had explained it in one of their much, much earlier videos) or shortened to Ai. Besides the Japanese honorific 'san' that is used when addressing Japanese not so formally, there is also '-chan' that is a suffix to address youthful women (like Ai chan instead of Ai san) and '-kun' for young boys. 'chan' and 'kun' are to be used as endearing honorifics for very close friends, not to be used the first time we meet a Japanese. When 'chan' is pronounced the Japanese way, there is a 'g' sound at the end. So, I am guessing that is why the channel name is spelt as iChang. This is my guess but makes sense, no? 😃 However, I don't know why the honorific 'chan' was chosen over 'san,; though. 🤔🤔

iChang = Ai-chan (often pronounced with a slight nasal '-ng' sound). Just a fun little take on how people call her. Her name is Ai. And in Japanese, you would add the honorific '-chan' at the end when addressing young ladies.
