Imagine being a chosen lord of Death, power unimaginable, and some coked up elf shows up with two daggers and turns you inside out by stabbing you 100 times in less than a second.
And to add insult to injury it was a run-by speed-gank. Coked-up elf never even slows down as they pass. It's like being turbo-killed by a six-foot-tall tattoo gun with a car engine for a motor.
Dr. Acula was literally hiding behind a pillar like an underpowered comic book villain. "Get her, minions! Oh noes, she sees me!" *explodes into pink mist as soon as he gets hit* I could swear I saw the last damage float say "32332" damage... like the computer couldn't actually count individual hits, because your attack speed is so high. I don't think wrathful strike being "+63%" or your attack speed being 0.12 is correct, its like you were hitting 100x per second.
- Anyone with decent armour stat and evade if possible - Time for attack, gem high, force - Justice for healing from taking damage, dash, smite You can't die unless you try to tank the wave of green knights (don't try)
This is only my personal experience, but taking Chain Lightning and Mayhem together usually means Chain Lightning kills the targets before the Cursed status has a chance to kill them, so Mayhem doesn't level up all that much.
Dracula: "Minions, kill the mortal!" *Nixie turning into a blurr, vaporizing both minor and generals alike.* Dracula: *Heavy breathing* Dracula: "How easy it was to kill that mo- wait, HOW THE H-"
I think the highest and most ridiculous combo that very nearly crashed the game for me was master Warped Strike on Merris with 8 projectiles from a master level Splinter and a weapon that increases projectiles/bounce and ridiculous spell area and speed. Hordes weren't too awful, I was getting maybe 5FPS, but just 2 enemies on the screen at once absolutely tanked the game and brought it to a standstill bouncing that many projectiles between 2 targets at once. I think the run took me nearly 50 mins real time with the final boss taking nearly 15 mins at level 30 xD
Yes, the additional attack can trigger an additional attack, it's an attack after all so anything that triggers on an attack can trigger on an additional attack. This is why having 30% additional attack on weapon goes so well with Wrathful strike.
3 separate instances to trigger black lightining... with enough luck, that could potentially do a LOT of damage... also, you have a chance for quadruple attack, because leigong's main attack buff can trigger for each of nixi's attack edit: yes, leigong's extra attacks CAN trigger more attacks. with high enough luck, you could trigger an infinite chain of attacks, or at least a very long enough
It seems that 64% is a hard-coded limit for double attack chance specifically so that the infinite chain wouldn't break the game. Sadly no infinite attacks for us.
It started as a black lightning build and for early game that hit for 10x what the regular hits were doing. But it rapidly converted into a wrathful strike / chain lightning build which ended up being infinitely more powerful. Late game the black lightning hits were totally unremarkable and nowhere near as frequent as the other abilities.
He also has multiple instances of it on his gear and multiple attacks per second though. 3 pieces of gear x 0.06 x minimum of 8 APS = an average of 1 and a half procs per second per monster being hit Hitting 7 monsters puts that at over 10 procs per second, assuming he's only at 8APS (which it seems higher, but his inventory window showed around that amount)
@Iaman18yearoldlol right. I'm only doing the math on 1 single hit IF you add those instances up. If you break it down it's all of that broken apart by however many pieces of equipment that has the buff. The chances are just slightly more randomized than the added up sequence it makes up to be. But it's negligible even then
Yes double attacks do seem to trigger each other. So there is a chance that you will get into a neverending speeding up proc loop, which will probably crash the game. 63% is a bit too low of a chance for that tho. You will need some thing like 85+
Also the ravens are 100% useless here as the soulstealer spam from high luck will build up your mayhem all on its own during slime and skeleton waves. truthfully the ravens will barely ever get to do anything with how quickly stuff are wiped out by effect procs. What obliterated dracula wasn't your base damage but the sheer number of soulstealer and chain lightning procs your multiattacks did.
Sickles don't seem to trigger heals on hit or chain lightning, but they trigger Skadi's gloves' effects. It's text about status effects is very precise
@@GlacialScion I think it procs. At least the sickles that are spawned from dashes on equipment. Oh, and pretty sure that Time's experience shards don't get spawned from sickles
So if you have rewind if you kill the twins fast enough you can die and fight them again to get more chests. I expect you can repeat that loop as long as you wait 60 seconds for rewind to reset.
@@DexTag I have never tested it but I don't think it can trigger again within the same 60 seconds. If it does you could just go back to minute zero which I don't think will work.
Asmongold should see the ending. He is killing couple enemies with spinny boy and calling himself god. Meanwhile Dex is worrying about getting oneshot by last boss while holding Uno reverse card.
I was just thinking that yesterday, would be so nice if you could buy banishes/alterations/rerolls, and card locks. But to not make it OP, they can only be used once.
With warp strike i think this is the best build by far (thunder can be exchange by fire maybe, both feel kinda the same, but fire demands more banish for all the useless skills)
sorry again to ask in a 4months old video but how the blody hell did u get lv60+ i dont get for real you have no warped strike but u have execution i dont really get how u v managed to obtain such exp without warped strike
Happened to me today with skadi using an item that summons a dragon, and that perk (idk the name of the thing/blessing that you pick with the char at the campfire) this bard and the dragon were one shooting everything, and for the last wave, i summoned like a legion of skeletons, they killed dracula like in an instant, this bird was my second best damage and he only single attacks...
Wrathful strike can trigger on itself actualy same goes for witchblade skadi. With enough luck youl end up striking more hits per second then meta knight. Witchblade Skadi and nixi with the special knife can destroy the game with good luck proc serendipity soulstealer wrathful strike and chain lightning.
IMO, you shouldn't take any on hit skills to showcase exactly black lightning. Damage stats showed that OP skills are OP and poor guy Dracula had no chance to survive. Perfect run would be: - Malady spreading rupture and curse, berserk and mayhem going nuts cause of that + Serendipity (Krom+Mort); - alteration ritual (lvl1 novice), Gem High (GoT); - basic attack skill: warped strike maxed out; - any status applying skills should be lvl1 novice to cause least possible effect to finale damage.
The Black Lightning sucks, that's the answer. It's a single strike dealing high damage, but not high-high damage. At the end it's a 6% chance to be triggered (assuming it's a 1:1 ratio, since some scale at 50% Luck). If this would have been a focus on only Black Lightning, then I would have just killed Dracula with auto attacks only or died.
@@DexTag Seems like you would actually do this if my scenario would work :) (joke about excessive amount of would/wood in my sentence could go in pair with beloved balls)
I assuming this was another great run. Hard to switch video off after the 3 time skips in the first 2 minutes of the run. They each skipped a whole 2 seconds each. Dont really understand whats the point is?
A lot of what you say about mechanics is just wrong. Summon power does not effect spell power but vice versa. Also Wisom only has 3 ranks and as long as its adept its always worthwhile to take.
I'm not sure where I said summon damage affects spell damage, but if that happened it was simply misspeaking since I talk about that often. For the rariry, I know what you mean (you max it out a bit faster thus you can upgrade the rarity to purple), but rarity upgrades are a level up chance offer you can get any time, so technically it makes no difference whether it has 0 or 500 possible level ups. If I don't get it but get Pandemonium, then it's wasted to pick it as Adept.
@@Squeekysquid how does soulstealers work on boss? Dont they only hit things that arent the target they came out of? So youd need a mob to proc it and hope it hits the boss, thats my understanding. Also a % hp ability that works on bosses sounds way too strong like maybe it shouldnt work on bosses
As much as i enjoy those videos at start it gets a bit annoying when you pick skills in like 2 seconds. I either have to pause the video to read the description of the skill or just watch a random lights show on the screen without understanding any of the skill and effects. Saying "i pick this skill because it synergies with the other skill i have" doesn't really do it. :(
The thing is that I have 2 options: #1) I explain every video what the skills do #2) I skip the skills that are used often None of the 2 options are perfect. #1 means people that watch all videos will have an explanation every video, which is a common complaint when I used to do it in other games. #2 means that people that haven't watched all videos (or at least one where it was shown/explained) will not know what's going on. I get what you are saying, but there is no good way of doing it without it being flawed for some
On the DC its said it doesnt, I was unsure about it. But a giveaway is that you dont get Deadlock offered when you take gem high, and the game automatically unlocks these additional buffs when you get other boons that could use them (e.g. you dont get summon bonus damage if you got no summons). So I dont think it works on it
Alteration ritual and wisdom are more useful in the lower levels cuz if you level them up they can get nutty. Time is prettt much my favorite god. Gem high is ridiculously broken
Sickles are good with mayhem if you get the power where your attacks consume curse. Then the sickles will go around popping the curse on enemies the ravens are hitting which in turn stacks up mayhem rather quickly.
I keep wanting to try other characters but I just like Merris with Spinning Amulet and Pink Diary using the Sign of Timespace and Warp Strike too much. It's completely bananas especially once you get Gem High. The bouncing warp strikes can literally hit an enemy on one side of the screen and then fly to the other side to smack an enemy on that side. And they're SO FAST. 🤣
