IKR? The most strategic thing you can do in SoW is just sending a guy who has a weapon the other guy is weak to, while also having said other guy's bodyguard be your spy who literally stabs him in the back before the fight.
Talion: There is much that I could teach you all, but there are simply so many of you that it would be a high challenge. Uruk: Then start with one and then tell him to go and teach others. Then he'll tell them to do the same, and so on and so forth. Talion: Like rabbits breeding.
If I didn't care about you guys then why I waste preciouse time, risking to be killed for revive you in battle, save you when kidnapped and come to help you in hard missions? Think Uruks think, you are my boys!
I really do think by the time of Shadow of War Talion may have relinquished his hate of Orcs from the first and may actually come to like some of them. In the first game he saw Rattbag as a tool and didn't really give a damn if he died, but in SoW he actually seems to kind of like the little guy
"They say you see Uruks as a tool" well yeah no duh but guess what so does Sauron so you know who ya gonna work for the man who fights through hell to revive you or a shadowy THING that bursts your head when he's done possessing your body hmm?
Travis Willingham, aka Critical Role’s Grog, has a credited voice role for a named NPC in Shadow of War, but I think he voiced some Uruks like this guy here, cos he sounds EXACTLY like Grog!
