The caliber of the two guns is actually a lot closer than you'd think. 300 blackout is based off of the same case as 5.56 nato, just necked up to a bigger subsonic bullet. The first batches were so similar, iirc, 5.56 guns could chamber the 300, but not be able to shoot it due to the wider bullet, and rapidly dissasembled themselves
K7 5.56 existed quite sometime ago. And looking at comparisons, i could see the K7 have a slightly longer damage range retention, but what lacks is the muzzle attachment selection for the K7 aside from HB, and it's slightly disappointing, considering it would have been huge. (Just only compensator or Muzzle brake). So its customization versatility that the K7 lost.
Steven, you made me think they were revamping the Honey Badger with the new layered recoil. This is a sad day for me as the sole honey Badger main left from the old Meta days.
@@SomeSteven yeah I’d love a new model for the Badger. But I’m hopeful we get a 8.6 BLK Battle rifle or AR with the new 8.6 BLK sniper rifle they’re adding.
the main giveaway for the honey badger is the hollow point damage, if you could combine the K7 5.56 with hollow point it would essentially potentially be a better honey badger
@@tygerfishy I included attachments in the mix AFTER I mentioned that the honey badger has a better upgrade path later and also after I mentioned how you can't really do much else to the K7 😭
Feel like meta setups for each gun mostly primary and we see setups for them. Would be good to have not only primaries but secondary guns to see some setups
Alr, if we're talking about K7 as Honey Badger - less variety, but better damage (like a liiiiitle tiiiiiny bit, 10 miliseconds kill time difference), but a little worse recoil If we're talking about K7 as K7 - it's just hella good weapon. That's it
Dude hollow point makes the honey badger one of the best weapons in the game, without hollow point the honey badger isn't that good, much better guns like M16A3 exist.
I love animals. Beyond giraffes, I love all bears, and gorillas. So, sharing a quote by hero, Dr. Dian Fossey, a primatologist, who studied mountain gorillas in Africa for 20 years. Quote: "When you realize the value of all life, you dwell less on what is past and concentrate more on the preservation of the future."
Day 12 of asking Steven to check out my cross mapping shotgun build Model 870 Optic: TA44 ACOG-ACOG Scope- VCOG 6x Scope (whichever you prefer to use) Barrel: Muzzles: Muzzle Brake Underbarrel: None (your choice) Other: Red Laser Ammo: Slugs
Want a medium range/close range destroyer? behold the BEOWULF AR - 15 SQUAD BARREL FOLDING GRIP TA33 ACOG FULL STOCK / if u want it to get more stable / BINARY TRIGGER / if you want more rounds to pop off the barrel 5.56 X 45MM
My no recoil setup (unorthodox but let me cook): Saiga-12 DCL-120 Compensator Stubby Grip Ballistics Tracker .223 Rem It feels like a laser pointer after the initial kick of 1 bullet (Technically it’s low recoil rather than No recoil but still pretty good)
so what's your point? if you're just saying that the HB and K7 is basically the same, then can't you just say "The Honey badger and K7 are both pretty cool and pretty good, And almost the same, although honey badger is slightly better" Still pretty cool video, Deserves a like, this was a good time waster for me, thanks
