No hate I don’t watch your channel so could be wrong but maybe work on balancing: no stirrups or put your heels down more NO HATE I know I am not a barrel race and not sure but that is my opinion ( and you look like you have good balance I just believe that there is always room for improvement ❤❤)
Bailey, you are my biggest inspiration. My family has to take a break from horseback because of money. I don't have any horses nor competed once. But I'm hoping someday, I can ride and do barrels and cross country
Failer needs to happen for progress. Brush those off and go in with a clear mind don't think of what you did wrong think of what you did to make it wrong and correct it. You've got to trust Wayne or Flex if you're riding her, your horses and you make a great team. You will do great, and always remember that there is always room for improvement so you can never be perfect and neither can anyone else. You will do great and get in the mindset that you will because you have to belive that you'll do great to actually do great. Go get em💚

Your amazing!!! I have that problem too! I never tried lifting my leg, and last night I went to a barrel race, and I said to myself, “ we are gonna do well and not touch that barrel, I don’t care if I have to lift my leg and how mad my dad is at me for it. “ and that was the first clean run all summer!!!! Last in the 3d

And I just got back on her last night after two months off of her because I needed a break and some room to grow and get my metal game together it rlly helped you’ll do amazing sis don’t get in your head. Your good barrel racer so is horse. It look to b like your tents and so will the horse will be tents also relax and have fun. Never mind time and barrel's. Just njoy it woth your horse. Trust me it will better than before..
Hitting a barrel Is like falling down when learning how to walk. Everyone does it and it’s ok! You are truly an inspiration to me and a hit barrel doesn’t determine how good of a rider you are
So you know the more you work at it but you'll go and also you have been practicing and when you just keep going and keep going and practicing you'll get better. So you know do not look at the barrel when you go so you know who are you looking where you go.
@@ridewithsheridanofficial yes they do! They only break when things go wrong or you do a very fast motion! Personally I find them very helpful if you lose balance!
@@cassiemarie9888 they will break if you get caught.... a lot of people say theirs break when theyre not even doing anything. Hailey kinsel uses them, and as sheridan said, bailey uses them, so basically youre calling a world champion barrel racer, inexperienced.
@@Tynlee_Wilson Many “world champions” are inexperienced. If you need “training wheels” like bands or harsh tack then you’re not a good rider. Remember they don’t judge on equitation or horsemanship anymore, the “best” rider is simply judged based off the fastest times.
She was trying to leg lift but she accidentally went off to the side! (Leg lifting is when you take your leg out of your stirrups and put your leg up high so you don’t hit the barrel!) I don’t do barrel racing either but I watched a lot of her videos so I know a bit about it!😊❤️
I have this problem too for done reason my horse belle likes to try and tackle the third barrel and in poles she tries to tackle the second pole idk why and it’s the same pole and barrel every time we have never had a clean run my other barrel horse donkey on the other hand has never once hit a barrel I usually run donkey in barrels and belle in poles and it’s so weird for me to ride both of them because there both soooooo different
When you were hanging off the side that happened to me one time it's was scary and embarrassing but every one gave me a rising clap for hanging on and winning 3rd
