What i have learnt is that forgiving others is realising they were in their unconcious mind and that it didnt occur. Forgiving oneself is also realising what you did when you were unconcious . Jesus said forgive them father for they KNOW NOT WHAT THEY DO. they appear concious and u did too but you were asleep to the I Am that you are and havent realised it yet. Forgive and karma is over. JESUS CAME TO RELEASE US FROM THE PAST MISTAKES AND FUTURE ANXIETY. Jesus came to make you realise the love that you are. It is in forgiveness we realise and wake up to who we are and how unconcious we and others were in the grips of the ego( separate self) in this dream. God loves us , God is with us, God is love, God is One. There is only THE ONE.

I've learned that in forgiveness we can look at how we contributed to the situation played out that led to the transgression against us.

Over the last 4 plus years I dove deep into my soul and psyche. I am sharing my scars today because I have dealt with my pain and found forgiveness. I am putting my trash in front of my house in the Hope that others in my soul family will do the same. I've always had a big heart. My heart and empathy for my fellow brothers and sisters has become even deeper. My great grandmother was the first woman electrocuted is the state of Illinois. Her name was Marie Porter. My father was 80% evil and 20% good. My father would get drunk and beat who I thought was my mother but really my grandmother. My brother killed himself before I was born because he could not stand the beatings from my Father anymore. When I was younger I could not stand my Father beating my Mother. From a very young age I would get in between them and he would start beating me. If I stayed down my father would turn his attention back to my mother. I started smiling at him so he would get mad and take it out on me more. I kept getting back up so he would kick me when I was down. My Father did not regret any of these beatings. About 5 weeks ago a suppressed memory came up. My sister blamed herself for my Brothers death and my Father knew that. My Father raped my sister and I was born. My sister left the house when she was 17 or 18 and who I thought was my Mom was my grandmother raised me. To this day I rock myself back and forth because for obvious reasons my grandmother did not want to pick me up. The anger I carried in my heart followed me for a long time.. I've been in close to a 100 street fights and went on alcohol benders. For the last 4 plus years I searched for the meaning of my life. I found it. My purpose on this earth is to give comfort and joy to others around me. Everyday I work on becoming the best version of myself. Here is what I studied that has brought me clarity. Psychology (mainly Carl Jung and shadow work), philosophy, science (quantum physics and quantum mechanics), stoicism, all religions, spirituality, poetry, mindfulness, critical thinking, and quotes from the greats. I share this now because I want people to know that I wouldn't change a thing about my past. I am happy. I live in the present moment and let the Creator unfold my life as it should be. One Love to all my brothers and sisters. Nothing is perfect. We just need to do the best with what we have been given. If everyone just worked on becoming their best version the world would be a beautiful place. We are all connected. Separation is the greatest illusion. ❤

Thank you for this informative video. Everything resonated with me as i too have wounds that i need to let go and heal, but find very hard to let go as it was immediate family that inflicted them. However, watching videos like this and taking time to meditate, it is all helping me connect with my deeper, spiritual self and gradually helping me deal with past emotional traumas and grow into a better version of me.

I feel like I needed to hear this today. Got a lot of pst trauma that has never really healed and I think this might be the first step by watching this video for that healing process to start.

When I was 19, I learned about Islam. I identified as a Christian at the time. Once I believed that Islam was true. My mind tried to rewire years of believing Christianity in a matter of weeks. Every time I thought of something nice about the prophet Muhammad, negative thoughts about him would soon follow. I had this friend who knew a little bit about the Bible and we began to talk about religion. He brought up how blasphemy of the Holy Spirit was an " Unforgivable sin*. I was an obsessive thinker and really wanted to be free of Christianity. So, I said " F the holy spirit" in hopes of closing the door to Christianity forever. Immediately I felt guilt, fear and pain. It wasn't until 16 years later that I learned what blasphemy of the holy spirit was. Even after the learned the truth, I still felt fear and guilt. I say affirmations to remind myself that I did nothing wrong ❤

I experienced this process a few days ago. I could literally feel my spirit be set free and my inner smile returned. I was bitter all the time unconsciously for a long time but this is not who I am. This was just a temporary state that I held my self in from the poison of hate

I use the forgive, release and flush technique. I write the name on a tissue of whoever or whomever may have offended or hurt me in the past. Then I say the name as I flush it down the toilet. I release them and free myself at the same time.

BUT how do you forgive yourself? In the callowness and thoughtlessness of youth, I hurt others, and by doing so, hurt myself, and deeply. Now as an old person, it comes back to haunt me, and I've held it so long I don't know how to let it go. Some of the wounds I inflicted are very,. very deep, and I feel I can't ask for forgiveness. Even if it was given, I don't know if I could accept it. And please, by all means be spiritual, but don't use the Bible, some of my worst experiences were inflicted on me by religion. Even a belief in a God free of a specific religion is fine.

I miss the deeper narration voice better for falling asleep to☺️
