This was an amazing hike! Beautiful scenery and very informative. Puerto Rico has it's issues but stuff like this makes me wanna work on my Spanish and settle down over there.
That route could be the basis for a Las Marias half marathon or something like it, Pueblo a Pueblo... Is there a Run Puerto Rico or harrier hash group that could bring runners and help organize it? I think you two stumbled on to a whole new aspect to your travel blog.

At first I thought it might be Tamarindo; but, after looking up possibilities, that tree on the Las Marias side of the bridge is called a "Stink Bean tree," I believe.
I notice that all or most of the bridge's in las marias a painted yellow and green different from other tows by any chance means something i will like to know so las marias is like the country farm in the middle but center west side of puerto rico i like it peace and quiet when i retired i will like to live in the north east side of the island not in the city or farm may be in between like we say in the states in ther subarnes nice cement house with at less one cuerda like most with a nice view
