This is the world's most expensive spice! (Kashmiri Saffron) 

While in Kashmir I got the chance to visit Pampore, the only region in Kashmir to produce the world's most expensive spice - Kashmiri saffron. Other countries to produce saffron include Iran and Spain, however Kashmiri saffron is considered to be the most expensive and have the highest grade. During my visit to Pampore I join Adil into his saffron fields to see the harvesting process and then head to his shop to learn more about this spice that can cost more than gold.
