Blaming him mainly because of his toxic attitude. The Rogue and Warrior caused the problems. The Mage honestly didn't play badly and it was pointless to call out the mage

I looked him up on armory too. WTF. He has leather armor. His best piece of gear is his belt which is level 53. A perfectly fine piece of gear but it shouldn't be the best on your character as a level 60 warrior tank. I always wondered why Asmon gets mad watching these. This is why.

Yep, I lost my mage with pretty solid Gear and few golds on that :D Just because I have always skipped that Q and was curious what is it about :D Lesson learnt! :D Also, I did not have only 2 voids there but like 6 or 8 :D

@@ShireOfficialwhen i did mine 3 of them jumped me!! Luckily a Palladian was nearby for some reason and decided to heal/tank for me! (I later died at lvl 22 in the most embarrassing way possible)

I died on my troll mage to that. I had no idea what the quest was like and 4 of them just jumped me and nuked me down.

they almost always spawn in multiples, but if you tag one and run away, they are not group tagged. so you attack 1, run away, fireblast maybe, the others reset and you can solo one in peace. rinse and repeat, worked for me in UC @@atheld8124

the UC same quest is so much easier. you can run up the bridge and just fight 1 at a time

Yea they were toxic friends blaming a random. Mage did fine. Rogue pulled threat and warrior didnt position boss properly lol

The rogue couldn't do more damage, because the tank was so bad. No aggro, no gear, no survivability. I see he wanted to get away from baron to reduce the incoming damage, but that he ran out of LoS and had extremely bad positioning. Instead of him being closer to the healer, baron was closer so the healer would get hit by the damage aura. The tank really didn't know any specifics about the fight, that were very simple at the same time.

Mage did nothing wrong. As I said in another comment: The mage **WAS** doing his job. He was hitting the boss with frostbolt and was the only one keeping the adds off of the healer. The tank couldn't keep aggro, the rogue wasn't paying attention to his threat meter, and the hunter pretty much didn't do sht to help the mage keep the adds off of the healer.

I'd say the adds got in too many hits in the healer and causing pushback.

He took too long to clear them up, there shouldn't be a 10 second period of skeletons running around, it should be 3-5 seconds. Edit: Watching it again, if he wasn't wasting so much mana on blink and was a little more efficient with movements, on every skeleton wave after the first they were aggroed to the healer and 1-3 explos would have cleared them but hes shielding and blinking around. Had he cleaned that up and put a few more frostbolts it might have turned that fight into a win. Not all his fault but there it is.

Mage should just dps boss, everyone takes a turn to throw holy water on the healer. The last skeleton wave if healer bubbles then tank or other dps can AE skeletons. Also, the tank should have blessing of light, shield wall, lay on hands, armor pots, etc mage was taking way too much damage

Yeah, hurts to see. But it's HC after all and chances are that the priest will die shortly after this anyhow, and it's not completely useless for a warlock while leveling. Fuck the warlock's friend though that wanted to roll and give it to the lock as well.

On normal servers with HC addon you could appeal, but these clips are from blizzards official HC server where they said "If you die to some bs like bugs or glitches, they are not gonna do anything about it.

Same. I've died or come close to dying to so many random glitches over WoW's lifetime that I don't even want to touch hardcore. And that's not even counting if there's a simple hiccup in their servers or your ISP - all it takes is a second. I kind of get hardcore in a game like Diablo - at least if you're knowledgable about the game you can regear in a reasonable amount of time if you lost the toon. But still, way too much stress for me, especially with live service games, even more so for a game like WoW where going to raid night may be the end of your toon you spend 100s of hours on. Or dying to a random glitch you never say coming.

Hes literally not attacking the boss. Just sit on the healer do 1 aoe on skeletons when healer get aggro instead hes running and jumping around taking unnecessary aoe damage.

@@PinkMarshmallows at the start yes and as soon as the skeletons spawn he runs to the boss and aoes. That is the wrong play. Let the healer get healing aggro and aoe them when they come to u. The warrior was way worse moving the boss but the mage played bad aswell.

There’s just no way a mage could pull aggro from a qualified tank. IIRC mages do 100% of threat of their damages, draw aggro at 130% of current target threat when ranged, 110% when melee range. Mage got in melee range and drew aggro meaning the tank is not doing his job. In the video the mage casted 2-3 frost bolt before going in, immediately drawing aggro after 1 nova and AE, meaning that the tank barely hanging on maintaining 110% threat of the mage. Plus, his damage mitigation sucked hard with those gears. The warrior was the one who lower everyone’s tolerance for error. He’s the one who caused the chaos."

Healing an undergeared tank as a pally is horrible. When you're forced to switch from Flash of Light to Holy Light for throughput it drains your mana *fast*.

what? Nvidia shadowplay is recording all the time and you can save the last 20 minutes if you want to. I play hardcore too and my shadowplay is recording non stop.

Eh, I would specifically roll OBS to record if I went AFK in a sussy spot, just in case the unthinkable happens, that I can actually have the receipt to know EXACTLY what the fuck just came to blast my cheeks. It's just nanny-cam strategies. Especially for a flightpath that can be as long as Winterspring (presuming most people came from Ratchet or about that far away).

no hate, everyone can play however they seem fits them. But 1 Death every 10 lvls in CATA? With the new homogogenized and easy as hell open world quest zones? Thats not a real challenge in my opinion, you barely need to change your playstyle for that. But as I said, if its fun for you, try it out and enjoy your time :) But maybe try the HC servers. In my opinion the non solo HC is way more fun and accesible than the SSF inofficial we had before. Its not incredible hard to get to 60 if you play somewhat carefully and you will start to play this game way more like an actual RPG, doing professions and getting consumes. I really enjoyed it :)

you'd actually have to try real hard to die in cataclysm though :P just go for the real thing and see how much fun it actually is

You literally have to attempt to die on purpose with cata leveling. Wotlk leveling already basically no point to do a hardcore. It's vanilla or none, no offense.

Just for fun / to look interesting and special. It became kind of a trademark for being a "pro". Back when nobody knew the game and saw a ninja or pirate, most people were in awe and wondering how to do that. It was a little secret to some extent and every time when someone knows something that most people didn't know, then that made them special.

Yeah I did it too. To be honest mage without air grind in classic is so boring. But, I wouldn’t do full pull like that, especially in HC, AND there’s a patrol. Not saying I can’t pull it off, the tolerance for error is way too low like that.
