Randall : You know how, in the movies , when somebody's bad at something but they don't want to be and so they set their mind to it , and then we see this montage of them practicing and practicing and then comes the big moment, and they're amazing , and everybody cheers ? William : I've seen a few movies like that , Yeah. Randall : I think I skipped the montage.

After you finish season 1 and turn back to the beginning, you see how William is hurt. It just makes me cry so loud to know that William had a sad life away from his adopted son.

What about the father that raised him.. this man William now is the oficial father ? This is all about colour not loyalty and love for who cared about you.
