It’s not the artists ‘not caring’ about making their product ‘worth’ the price, it’s customers who aren’t willing to pay an artist what they’re worth.

@@whatever3145for the work she put in? Yeah, they are. She spent 20 hours on this set of nails. That’s almost an entire day. A standard set of nails, decorated or not, is usually around 100 dollars and takes an hour. She’s not selling these either by the way, this was a what if/challenge video.

Some of these Vietnamese shops are getting really cheap on product but raising prices. They push styles you do not like and insist on not having on your nails, then they pretend they didnt understand you and do it anyways. And they ALWAYS say, "Uhhh For YOU, $20 discount!" lmao. Ive only found 1 Vietnamese shop near me that does work deserving of my dollar amd their cheaper than everyone else! My nails will be falling off after barely 2 wks or snapping when they used last until I wanted them to come off! I used to say acrylics were like cement nails, but now?
