I’m Asian, and the Asians I meet in my day to day life are 50/50 in intelligence and logic.

Because from building of PRC to present, a lot of chinese scienctist learned in USA universities and returned china for good positions. So chinese people thought USA have the best teachers to learn from in univeristies. That's a stereotype of chinese to USA. However, as i know , "they education system is great " is not right in every levels.

According to the interview, I don't think they all hate American. Base on their tones, I think most of them talk about the politician, polity, and society, which is a overview. It is no doubt that every country has its own good and bad persons. I have American friends who are in good relation with me, I love them also. For me, I think the problems are politians in America who always want to meddle other countries' policies. And your country's polician created so many wars in the world, which are not necessary. Just like a strong person who always want to control other persons. But in other way, look at the information given by these Chinese, do you still think CCP control their people in a very bad or strict way, which makes them cannot access the right information? in most chinese views, the great american education system means the top university in america, not the fundamental education system, In the past decades ,people has that diploma is like a man have a privilege in china. harvard,stanford,yale ,princeton, berkley,UCLA...., compare to chinese top university, they have more freedom to spend money on what they want. but the fundamental education in usa is just a joke(chinese call it happy education),that is why there so many idiots in us whose stupidity is beyond our imagination. Also, there is simply not enough wealth in China to offset the huge population. GDP per capita of China is low, much lower than America. Unless they are pulling wealth out of thin air, then yes China has people living in poverty. China's GDP per capita is 12k USD. Even if you wanted to argue that they split China's wealth equally, 12k is simply not a lot.

Not for the rich Chinese, America is the land of ownership to them.
