What Damon and his family did on IN LIVING COLOR was GROUNDBREAKING. They pushed the envelope and no one was off limits. The amount of TALENT in that family is definitely unmatched. SALUTE TO THE ENTIRE WAYANS FAMILY and thanks RRG for this post ❤👍💐

It crazy how Major Payne were flops when they came out in the box office, but they are some the most iconic and memorable films here today for the black community. Were they Oscar worthy? No, but it was one those movies that made you made feel good and made you want watch over and over again.

I had no idea Major Payne was even in theaters. It may have been a flop but it is a cult favorite. My family loves that movie and My Wife and Kids. T. Campbell is a great comedic actress. Damon should feel accomplished and be proud of his work. He’s probably my fav Wayan. Not to mention he makes good looking boys 😅. My condolences to the Wayans family for losing their mom. Whoever wants him on their show better pay that man. He’s worth it.

My husband has it in remission. It never goes away. If you start eating bad etc it returns. Also with age he may need insulin even with eating right etc. Blessings

I was diagnosed in Sept 2019 (after being prediabetic for years), and finally found an endocrinologist who gave me the right information and supported me instead of throwing medication at me. Went from A1C of 7.2 to 5.3 in 5 months and maintain 5.3-5.6 with no medication now. It can be done.

@@filmcrit It can be maintained but it never goes away. I also know people who do everything correctly (diet, exercise, medication, rest) and it is still a struggle. I am happy for you and continued success. I lost a cousin last month who was 57 years old. Unfortunately, he didn't take care of himself even after his leg was amputated.i just think he stopped caring despite everyone being supportive.

@@diva70smusic I am so sorry that you lost your cousin. This disease takes too many of us too young. I've lost younger family members and friends, too, and it reinforces my commitment to health. It's exercise (especially strength training), intermittent fasting, low carb eating, and sleep for me.
