Idk why I just put the reply in here but I can say this is true and if you wondered how I got banned "Hitler" cause I believed a hat scam it banned me for 7 days deleting data just sends you back to the tutorial and still banned it sucks
@@lordnordsucc4082 it's a game where you're supposed to have fun, when you're try harding in a server full of people that are playing casual and climbing up the walls so people can't catch you, yeah that makes it a little fair to be banned.
Honestly it's really creepy. It's like Garry's Mod singleplayer. It's just... Empty... And what's more creepy is that you can only get to tutorial are once, only when you start up the game. And when you start up this time, you just get sent to it and everything is saying in red that you have been banned.
@@knyt0 its fucking scary when something thats supposed to have moving things is alone, its like if there was a city that had nobody in it, would you fear something still there if you didnt know everyone was gone? would you wonder where everyone went? if you say you wouldnt be afraid or at least worried you are bound to not have emotion
@@knyt0 when i played singleplayer gmod as a kid, i had to spawn in 15 friendly npcs with me because it made me less scared. The empty world just feels so damn creepy
Everyone is talking about how it gives them time to practice, but this game is pretty eerie whenever you’re alone, it’s like Gmod, it usually has a bunch of players running around and now there’s nobody, and it feels like someone is watching you…
This feels so eerie. Seeing all the screens red and telling you that you've been banned with no one around to talk to. It just feels like something isn't right and if I were to get banned, I'd feel on edge the whole time.
the server without anyone is creepy, even though in most games i practice alone sometimes, but in this game it feels.... like singleplayer gmod or any other multiplayer game..
That's actually pretty cool. They let you train your climbing and stuff so that you don't cheat after you get unbanned. I wish more games did that instead of a ban screen
Isn't it creepy you can't play with you're friends and you're just alone on an empty map? Like someone is watching you, stalking you. On a megalophobic low resolution map with nobody else but you. Silence and loneliness fills the map as nobody is in the game, you feel as if you're not alone and the real gorilla tagger is somewhat hiding somewhere and trying to tag you will you wait 210 hours until you can play again as if everything was just irregularly normal.
the game gives you empty server for you to train and improve your skill while you're banned , so you don't need to cheat anymore . thats a good game developer move

That'd be funny, but it wouldn't be much of a punishment and the game wouldn't be able to progress so it'd just endlessly fill up with asshats that got caught cheating
lmao imagine the board is just like small text at the top that says "youve been banned for (insert) hours for cheating" and then below in huge text it just says "get gud lol"
Its creepy in a way I always feel like someone or something is just going to tag me and then make my screen turn all black. Then I just sit there in fear while watching my world going from training to pure terror in seconds then the black screen stops and its just him...
I was kinda expecting something very scary to happen and chase you, forcing you to run away and not get caught and tagged by whatever horrifying thing is coming after you for being banned in that game
heres a not so fun idea they could do. make it so those signs say something like "RUN ITS A TRAP!" or "hide they're coming" and after a couple of minutes a scary looking gorilla spawns and starts chasing you. and as time goes on more and more scary monkeys begin to chase you and you need to run. and after they spawn the boards say "___ hours left. you cant hide". this will teach the players how to play the game by being forced to run away and do things like branching. and being inside the game speeds up or starts the timer so you have some sort of reason to be there
When you were on the wall near the tree trunk you could go far enough away from it where you would load the canyon causing everything around you to disappear and only the canyon map would be there. You would be lucky not to fall in the void.

my friend got banned for making his name george flo (yeah ik he’s stupid) but all he had to do was change his IP by turning off his router for a minute then turning it back on (don’t quote me on if this actually changes your IP, idk wifi stuff) seems like the gorilla tag guy just IP bans so this could work for others edit: someone said it only works with dynamic ip routers, not static.

Being alone in gorilla tag, it’s just like being alone in a dark, cold and empty warehouse. Like bruh, why do I always feel like fish legs will pop out at me when I make a private server to train haha.
So since cheaters are bad at the game, they give them a space to practice to get better and ban them at the same time. That's actually really thoughtful design

It’s kind of creepy because all you can hear is your hands hitting the ground and there is no other sound and I imagine when the music turns on it gives you a nice jump scare
When I was playing a game of gorilla tag everybody’s mics were muted and it creeped me out not hearing the sound of little kids and annoying teenagers that keep on saying your trash lol
Bro the first time I played " which was 2 days ago" I spawned there but I wasn't banned, but since I never played before I thought that's just where u spawn
that means where ever you live is permanently banned, unless you move houses or get your IP changed then you can avoid it, for now you are permanently banned.

Apparently theres a chance im pretty sure a salty admin can join and he plays music, if. The song thends that he plays, then u get jumpscared and hear screams
ive been "reported" by people and never been banned. aslo cause ive never cheated but instead was lagging and they thought it was cause i had a no tag mod or something... big oof for them. easy salt machine for me :) sometimes its good to have 10k ping
It kinda sucks. I was playing the canyon map I just started and someone wanted me to help them with something and little did I know he was planning on getting me banned for a week by changing my name to Hitler. Fun.
i hope after every offense it gets longer and longer tho and if thats the case it would make sense cause i suppose if someone is falsely banned right you dont wanna just have them not ever able to play again you wanna give them a chance to become better person or see what they did wrong and if they dont just extend ban even more like next time a month after that 4 months after then i think just make it like 2 years or something because after 3 chances if your still doing something wrong its obvious you KNOW what your doing is wrong
Reporting makes me mad because i got banned for 5 hours in gorilla tag because of a little kid which i think was 6 years old reported me for no reason. Luckily i improved my skills though, no footage :( although a person called daisy09 somehow entered my lobby? I thought it was private.
