This shows you that no everything on this channel goes according to plan the first time. In house-wide chain reactions like this one, it can take a lot of attempts before you get a run that that works with no fails.

Love the videos! I'm coaching a group of 4th and 5th graders who are creating a Rube Goldberg machine and we've watched a LOT of yours (and Steve's) work. One question, at 4:25 in the video, what is the ball rolling on that makes it take the trajectory it does?
