I consider the ability to do business and to deal with people is as a purchasable commodity as sugar or coffee and I would pay for it more than under the sun -John D. Rockefeller(The richest man in the history) The companies' name and the reputation is the most valuable asset and it can best be kept and well-spread by good verbal communication and success more and more in life and progress in doing investments and strengthen the contacts and the operations more and more.

I was told once by a very successful business man that when you have a Business put your name on it. It will spur you to work for your name and have integrity. Think of all the big businesses that have their founders name. Dangote, JP Morgan, Rothschild, Walt Disney, Sainsbury, Cadbury, Guiness, Ford, Coco Chanel , Trump the list is endless.

Here's hoping Mr. Dangote goes beyond mere talk and endows the Dangote Graduate School of Business and Economics at Howard University there in Washington, D.C. It doable since he has the means. We do need to groom young African/African Americans for success in business. But we can do that better by establishing institution of higher learning in business and commerce. And this fine Nigerian businessman is just the kind of person we need for such a task. Anyone?

Aliko Dangote is someone I've followed quite closely because I admire him a lot. Really informative video. I like the point of being data-driven in your decisions
sorry i think that was a misunderstanding we are in the same boat, that was my take on what i was able to gather after watching the video. He often speaks about the need for knowing a business comprehensively before investing. So i was actually pointing out what i believed to be a way forward which is making sure that each individual(employee) in your business understands what the plan is at operational level so as to be able to trace his or her contribution, which will in turn make him or her feel part of the team.
And about taking advice the guy is humble so i believe even if u have an idea that you believe is profitable and is something that Dangote grp is knowledgeable about i think they can listen.
