You are comparing Texas to Mumbai. Texas is one of the cheapest states (one of the reasons high crime rate, low taxes). Yes this is a steal in a sense but it’s not a very lucrative area. If you have to compare Mumbai with New York. Lake city can be compared to a tier 2 city here
Are you ignorant or what? The shown property is in the suburbs. Of course prices in Mumbai will be higher. On this note house prices are an order of magnitude higher in big cities (like New York) than in Mumbai.
In Hyderabad, go to any villa projects (with in 20KMS radius of Gachibowli) and the min. price starts from 2 crores to 10 crores.(avg budget is 5 crores) and hardly you will get 200 Sq yards to 500 SQ yards villas. In this case USA villas are big , spacious and luxurious and available at throw away prices for US citizens.

Watching this after having finalized a for-closure 3.5 BHK property in Mumbai (Mahim) for 4.5 crores which was originally selling for 7 crore. I wish my family had the opportunity and inclination to relocate to the U.S or Canada. :(
