Can't wait for RVN, ETH, and Hake. Especially with the increasing chances of us signing dutchman Zirkzee, and already having Rasmus, I reckon their development will drastically improve and give us some world class strikers, I mean learning from the best.

I would reckon that the three Dutchmen tactics will be made into a better one like they compliment each other because hake and ETH are very similar so is RvN so I think they will combine them

What happens if Ten Hag, Ruud and Hake clash over tactics etc? The Dutch are known to be very outspoken and stubborn. I hope they find a way of working together.

They're not equals. If they clash then Ten Hag would get his way, as he should. He's the manager. You can't give managerial power to a coach because people like him

That box formation in the middle it's becoming every manager's tactic

creates a 4v3 in the middle of the park, incredibly useful for overloading to facilitate central progression. Some managers taking it even further, like ange, and creating a pentagon in the middle of the field, by inverting both fullbacks. The box especailly however creates a really nice rest defense shape and still holds width, so its a pretty solid tactic without a lot of downside. Can be countered by overloading the center in a block with more players though, like we did against city with our really narrow 4-2-2-2 shape.

Here’s hoping EtH isn’t so stubborn he won’t listen to competing voices! When you listen to Ruuds breakdown of his PSV-Ajax final tactically he seems to be flexible & a degree of pragmatism still under the philosophy of setting up pressing traps, then breaking quick and being lethal

Hake is a tactical genius with eye for detail and a strict drillmaster. Van Nistelrooij a charismatic, approachable club legend that players look up to. These guys are on the same page and to me this sounds like a brilliant coaching team. Ten Hag will also have the back up against player power types like Sancho. Big upgrade from vd Gaag and McLaren
