lol I would not say “this is what you need to do” but instead “this is an interesting way to arm wrestle.” If you are strong in this factor, use it! This is generally an unconventional vector to be strong in. You can develop it as George has over many many years, but I don’t get why you’re saying “you need to do this”
As a twelve year old who arm wrestles my classmates. I personally fancy the "king" method, however my friends always defeat me with toproll so whenever I see them set up to use it I just relax my muscles in a certain way and they cant pull down my hand anymore.Also i have this thing I like to call "switch" which is when I start off using "king" and as soon as they begin to go down I switch to toproll. No one can beat me when I do that.
I was arm-wrestling my friends (I'm much better than all of them) I was practicing my top role and out of nowhere one of my friends who had only recently started fitness had an iron wall for a wrist. I still beat him but some people are just built different.
