yeah, I'm in no contact for the 2nd time but this time I've done everything perfectly so I know ill hear from my ex with in a few days. last time it took 8 days and I did everything horribly wrong. my ex wants me to beg etc so that it makes it easier for her because she's already planned out how she thinks it will go in her head but im doing the exact opposite. despite the difficulties and set backs we are still moving in the right direction. I know her entire life story and the pain that I feel from trying to work on things is nothing compared to what she has been through. I would rather fight for a relationship that I know can work because she's inspired me to change so much more than any other person I've dated.

My ex called my mom twice so That I dont call her again.she blocked me all over. I am in constant touch with her lil sis, but she is relacant blaming her sister to take my side. Her social media behavior is changed a bit.She was always conservative. I am really upset seeing Her photos.

Like we used to go there and this happened, or this was lovely? Or she wants to visit the places we used to go to? This is after 3 yrs of separation and I have done a lot of self work and improved myself! Invited and the kids me to a holiday home she was staying at! Asks about what I am doing? Asking me to help her around the house! All this while the Divorce is still going on! What does this say?

Thank you for this video. I understand your advice not to talk about the past. My ex has told me that she loves me but cannot bear the thought of having to deal again with my betrayal of her trust. She says that if I can guarantee 100 percent that it would never happen again, then she would come back. My problem is that while I KNOW I have changed and would not betray her trust again, how can anyone give a 100 percent guarantee? Seems like an impossibility. You say not to bring up the past, but I know that is all she thinks about in relation to us. What do you suggest?

What if he keeps bringing it up? I try to dodge the subject about the past. I try to change the subject but he tells me after invites me to see him and I'm coming with a positive attitude he then turns it around with his attitude of negative behavior and finds excuses to bring the negative about my family and if it wasn't because of family interference with our relationship and me having a connection with them we could've had a good relationship. So I find myself leaving because he shows me a lot of resenment . I've come to the conclusion that I would rather just stay as friends from afar and move on with my life like he keeps expressing to me.. I need to stay focused on God first and on myself. I really am ready to move on because I deserve better!😢

What if their profound desire is sexual connection and I neglected that after 15 yrs of marriage. Being separated now - i have no opportunity to show my newfound resurgence in sexuality (lost it while kids were young). I am showing good changes but cant figure out how to show that change. He is very resentful and resistant.

Hello Alex my husband cheated on me multiple times and even make him self assigned far from our home and then I caught up again cheating thru chat and exceeded my limit reported him to his office and automatically terminated and now he is mad of me even blocked me in every social media platform that he has is their any way to get him back?actually he is a stubborn wife beater and an absolute manipulator and a narcissist. He hadn't went to his brothers home it was already 2 weeks now. Is it possible to win him back?I am doing the no contact method since he really ignores me

I told my ex I don’t want us to be friends cause it doesn’t make sense dating and later been friends.he said he ain’t cutting me off or I should call his family and also tell them am cutting him off so they shouldn’t allow me see his mom.I said I won’t cut his mom she was too nice to me when I had my surgery.he keeps making this statement your husband and that makes me feel deep down there’s no hope or future with us anymore.that’s why I told him that.but not in a clingy way though @coach Alex

I'm really confused at the moment.. I did all the wrong things begging, pleading and all the rest of it.. but as soon as I started focusing on myself and going into no contact she has definitely noticed and trying to make contact with me. But because I'm a better version of myself have have managed to attract a super awesome girl. Now I'm stuck between which way should I go.

Hello Alex It's been 6 months since I divorced my ex-wife after 15 years of marriage and 3 children together. Everything was going well until she had an early mid-life crisis. Consequences, more vulgar clothing changes, coldness, belittling and infidelities,. I went radio silent for over 2 months. But I see that she still has the behavior of a teenager. She has relationships with wealthy men who constantly invite her on vacation, leaving our children abandoned. Despite the pain she is causing me, I don't know if it's worth it to win my ex back.
