I saw The Damn Truth at Voodoo Rockfest in 2018 and HAD to buy their album immediately.. They are truly keeping the spirit of a magical era alive. To open for them someday is a dream of mine.
I hadn't heard of TDT before, but just read about them on the Velvet Thunder website where the writers all chose their best 10 albums of 2021. I watched this video and spotted the can of Mill Street Organic in the background! :D Always nice to discover another Canadian band, rock on!
