Sir my father is running a business. I have also joined him, but i am facing some problems and i am afraid that what will happen after him, he is running that business smoothly with his stategies and in his manner,.. but i think what he is doing is not a business that is 'gadha majduri'. He is supposed to do everything and manage all the things,.... if he is not present there the work slows down..... I everytime thought to ask him for this, but his ego hurts at that moment... i ask things in very politely and in learning manner, but his ego hurts, like "ab ye sikhayega humko kya karna hai, hum kya pagal hai, aise nahi itna bada business khada kiya hai" Sir there are many problems that I'm facing, this is just an example.. I'm not able to understand what should i do for this...😢😢
I hate critical comments like this on a Gold content like the above video..would u start asking Harvard professor and Stanford professor how many registered unicorn Businesses they have built before enrolling for their 100K dollar MBA program or CEO mentorship program..or a football coach about how many goals he has scored before teaching the best of the players..or a movie director about how many movies they have acted...before directing the award winning actors?? If u don't like it..just move on to the next channel and stop shitting in comments. I love his content and he has built 3 successful businesses after failing a lot..like many of the Entrepreneurs watching him here...even if his businesses are not generating multi million dollars profit..I give bullcrap as his frameworks and content gives me food for thought and the right direction to retrospect my own business.
