Yesterday I ranked him up 6* rank 5 and gave tech awaken ability gem with 199 stones. Maybe, he is not top-1 tech champ but he is my favorite tech champ (sorry, Nimrod).

Yes, armor burn attackers (like Fanta man) take away prowess from the defender when striking if you have an armor up.

He is fine unawakened and at sig 1. At high/ max sig he becomes super tank and has pseudo immunity.

No. What matters is you have 5 or more nano armours and at least one disintegrate debuff.
