I can imagine Palace want to keep him, not to mention he'd definitely be more expensive and 60Mil for Olise is probably the most Ineos would want to spend on 1 player. Eze is a very good young player though.
@@thevine8443 How is 25 young in modern football lol? He’s 2-3 years away from his prime for >50% of players and most likely already in his prime years right now…
My big issue is his recurring Thigh injury. He missed like 20 games this season alone. I dont doubt his skill, talent or potential. I doubt if hes Robust enough.
@@bredaisy4001 he was only injured for longer this season because of Palace not because of the player. The medical team messed up passing him fit before his injury had properly healed before this season he had only missed 3 matches, hardly an injury prone player. Take Martial, how many injuries did he have before joining?
We had similar videos for some of the players who are here in our club today. It is hard to predict the future solely on past performances as Man Utd bring a whole new pressure altogether.
utd have sancho, antony, greenwood, pellistri and amad as their rw imo they has to offload at least three person before buy any new rw the crazy part is, its never easy for utd to sell their players at decent price
So basically we only have 1 rw so need to get another ;) sancho & greenwood will likely be sold, anthony dropped. Pellistri seemingly not fancied, only Amad and Garnacho on right if Rashford stays. Or Amad only if Rashy goes.
He would be a good signing for us but we have other positions we need to prioritis, such as a right footed center-back and a CDM. If we finish our priority signings before the window ends and we have enough cash to sign him, we should. Especially if we're selling Sancho, Greenwood and potentially Antony as well.
@Culturelens because greenwood did something completely disgusting and unforgivable. And some things are more important than football. So feel free to go support him at his new club, because we don't need him or anyone who would support what he did here
Great work i really enjoyed this video, the problem is united have a small budget this summer signing two center backs, a left back, a DM and a striker a more important for united. United also have to sell two of sancho, greenwood or antony to be able to sign Olise
We need this kinda profile of player in our ranks. Would be a brilliant signing & will help benefit Hojlund aswell. He will cost alot & cos we need to strengthen in other positions more CB, CDM, ST the only way we can really afford him is if we sell the likes of Sancho & Greenwood first. Olise definitely fits the kinda profile INEOS want tho
If his hamstring injuries are sorted, he's an absolute must buy for United. Selling Sancho and Greenwood should cover good transfer cost. Amad can be backup and Anthony can be an extremely expensive 3rd choice depth option.
@@michaelgriffin3345 I admire your optimism. There are glimpses of a good player in Anthony but they're so few and far between. His best game was against Chelsea away where he has an amazing assist, but that was completely over-shadowed by the mad end of that game.
Michael Olise is one of the most talented players in the premier league and it’s not a surprise that almost every team in the top 6 wants to sign him this summer. Before renewing his contract with Crystal Palace, Chelsea wanted to sign him, they still want him, but this time around they face some stiff competition from Manchester United and other clubs. Personally, I think that Manchester United signing him is a low risk high reward move for both parties. I would take anyone over that fidget spinner Antony. Despite him not playing every game this season, 10 goals and 7 assists in the premier league is impressive considering the team that he’s playing on. Remember he’s produced this level of output on a mid table team playing for Crystal Palace which is nowhere the same caliber as the likes of Manchester City Liverpool or Arsenal. The fact that he’s been able to get double digits in goals and he did this in assists last seasons, can you imagine how good he’ll be if he’s on a top club. He should be playing on a bigger club, he’s honestly too good for Crystal Palace. Overall he is a very good winger brilliant technique has an eye for goals has a great left foot and he can both score and create goals at an elite rate. If Manchester United signs him assuming they get rid of Marcus Rashford, they’re getting an absolute baller on their hands and imagine an attack of Michael Olise Rasmus Hojlund and Alejandro Garnacho
his output is quality but he's a huge injury risk - it's like buying an F1 car to drive a 24 hour rally.... yes you'll be quicker/better in sections of the race and look great overtaking, but if you break down and crash half way through (for which there's a high likelihood), it would have been better to stick what you already had - 6 right wing options (Garnacho, Amad, Pellistri, Antony, Sancho, Greenwood). I get we're looking to 'clear out the garage' - would be more sensible to move on Sancho and Greenwood, bring through some youth wingers and spend our budget on replacing Casemiro/Varane
I would love to see Amad and Pellistri on the field together. Pellistri was consistently his teams best player on loan and I think could link to well in tight spaces with Amad, could both be good breaking down a low block as a different look than our usual forward lineup.
I personally think Amad can be that as well, I think the team needs more investment in the midfield and defense. Build control and stability in defense and midfield and we'll be able to challenge in a year or two.
After DCR starter, DM starter, DCL backup/DL starter, Striker backup. If still have 60 mil after sales then I would immediately go for him. With good wheeling and dealing it is possible.
You should have a look at the pythagoras in boots channel on RU-vid , they did a comprehensive analysis on Olise earlier this week . In a side note , I have a suspicion that United will flop in this window, they havent even sorted the manager situation where there is 2 weeks left unto the transfer window and the euros
Nah, Ten Hag stays. They definitely wanted him gone but he's not as bad as the days suggests and other coaches would've been snuffed out before even making an impression
Hardly priority position unless Greenwood and Sancho are both sold. Garnacho and Amad can fill in on the right. Priority should be striker, be it Sesko, Zirkzee or Guirassy. A defensive midfielder should Casemiro departs - Amrabat should be sign as a cover. Then explore possibility of Joao Neves, Onana or Palhinha. Defender is a must, Leny Yoro is great but there's a lot of competition. Todibo look a good deal. We scout Tapsoba & Frimpong. Branthwaith going to be expensive. But seem like INEOS have BREXIT policy regarding transfers.
Get him now for £60 million. Because that price is just going too increase and increase, this lad has got,it all! And he's exactly the kind of player Man Utd need!!
He would shadow Amad, is like the 7th wing we have for that position in 5 years, I think is not a good option, not because he's not good but because the price, because there are other priorities and there's already Amad and I'd love too see him shine.
Are United fans prepared for the tough choices that would probably be involved in a possible deal for Olise as nobody will want to buy Antony so the most likely sale to cover this will be Amad as the sale of Sancho is not going to be enough to cover this. I really want Amad to stay but out of all our wingers that are realisticly sellable to INEOS, I think Amad would be top of the list that could bring in any kind of realistic transfer funds to help in this possible deal and other areas. Just hope we get "first option" and buy back clauses in his sale if/when that happens.
Absolutely true, Lisandro martinez is perfectly a good player but then again he is that player who is also prone to injuries which has also cost a lot to the team, Looking at Olise again he has got the same similarities with Lisandro martinez, united at this point needs those players who can maintain the consistency of playing most of the time.
@@williammustdo With Lisandro, he was fully fit and played like 50 games for us last season and then got injured at the very end. United's medical team rushed him back twice, and he got injured again. I think he's 80/90% there and United shouldn't rush him
Sadly and he’s destined to being world class. If he chooses his next club correctly he will be starting RW for France next World Cup. Guys like Dembele and Kolo Muani aren’t better.
@@azhanfikryy7527 Mateta has more league goals and so does Richarlison in less games. You don't understand football. Hojlund came in because he had the same crooked agency as the manager.
I will always have doubt because of the season Mason Mount had. He was deemed not injury prone and that his last chelsea season was just a setback, looking back now I wish we would've spent elsewhere and I'm afraid we will have the same regret in Olise as well
First we have to sell 4 players to sign him. Sancho , Antony, Pellistri & Greenwood after that we'll talk about buying him But still i think we should buy someone on loan with buy option just like we did with Amrabat And i think 2 better option then olise is 1) Brahmin diaz play on left , right and no10. 2) Kudus can play on left rigt and no 9 also is great dribbler and powerfull player 2
Love these videos Sam, your best work in my opinion. Olise is a no brainer, but do we clear out Antony 1st?. He'd be a gr8 asset for us or any team for that matter. Love your work Br
I keep coming back to "does he help fix the issues with the team" when looking at transfers, and sadly, I fear it is a transfer we will miss out on as there are bigger priorities in the midfield and defence first in my opinion. if there is money left at the end of this, then worth looking at
I called for him and Eze to be on utds radar 2yr ago, The stick I got but one thing I do have is an eye for a player, Ive one pal who's a Newcastle fan and I said if I were a fan id be shouting for Eddie Hows signature the summer he joined again he laughed at me, He's just enjoyed there best 2 seasons in yrs.. Anyway id love to see Olise join Eze would be for good mesaure..
He's fantastic going forward, but his defensive contributions are where he may fall off United's radar, especially in a Ten Hag system if he stays. I have no doubt creatively Olise is a baller, but we need to consider this too.
I wonder if the board looks at whether he fits into the manchester united culture. I think thats also important to consider. it feels the same as like a job interview to me
I really really want him in the team so badly, but we have so many wingers already with Amad, Mount, Antony and Garnacho all able to play right wing. I would love a 3-5-2 formation. It would allow Garnacho, Olise, Amad and Hojlund to play simultaneously and still have backup in Mount, Rashford and Antony. Bruno as CAM and Mainoo and Neves in double pivot. Branthwaite in the middle CB, Todibo on the right and the butcher on the left. Great vid btw. Professional
I think Ineos will pass up on Olise based on the price and possibility for him to do a Zaha/Sancho/Antony. I would bring back Pellistri and have him compete with Garnacho on the left. Move Antony to the left along with Amad and sell Rashford, Sancho and Greenwood. Spend the money where we need it. On CB, CDM and LB.
I'm a Utd fan and seeing that our medical staff has done a terrible job this season do you think it'll be a good idea for him to join or for them to sign him
Neto is what you call injury prone not Olise. People saying he’s injury prone are funny. Check his injury history on transfermarkt. He’s only had one big injury that he had in preseason which is why he didn’t start the season and when he came back Hodgson rushed him back. Brought him on Vs Brighton when they were already 3-0 down and tore his hamstring while sprinting again. This myth that he’s injury prone is funny. Thing is I don’t trust Utd medical team … they might do the same mistakes that Hodgson did rushing him back … same way they rushed Luke Shaw back at Luton and he ended up missing the rest of the season
Yeah but there’s a lot of revisionism going on People are calling Mount and Martinez injury prone despite that never being the case But if it helps to hate on Man utd then 🤷🏾 My point is if he comes and gets injured people will act like that has always been the case and criticize the club for bad decisions
@@isuckatgaming1182 If United don’t change the medical department no doubt more players will be injured. If Olise goes elsewhere I’ll be gutted man … only had 14 starts but ended the season with 16GA . Scored 10 goals that’s the same with our top scorers in the league(Bruno and Hojlund) having only played half the season.
@@mezzala1014 I get ya… what do you think about Amad tho, cus I’m thinking it may not be a bad idea to use him instead and use the funds for other places in the squad Butttt with Olise’s quality and release clause he does seem like a steal
If ten Hag stay we should absolutely go after him. Because he is kind of reminiscent of a surden moraccan wide playermaker that ten Hag got the best out of. Hachim Ziyech.
Antony? 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 For that alone I hope we (Palace) let the phone keep ringing from Old Trafford. You'd have better luck signing Sunday Oliseh than Michael Olise 👍🏼😂😂😂
Olise was the first player I saw skin prime Liverpool Robertson over and over again in the season they where peak under klopp. He absolutely dominated him and was a problem through out...and it wasnt like adama traore without quality in the end product...his end product was even better than the dribbling
Olise is a huge talent but his signing isnt really important imo. we need atleast a cb, 2 dm, a striker, and 1 LB. thats 5 signings already. and imo we must get atleast a great player at CB, DM and LB. those 3 positionns are crucial
