Our cat Hope LOVES the sink in our bathroom. She runs and taps on the door for us to open the door and put the sink on for her lol. I should look into a running water bowl for them!
No to the water fountain-type bowls! The water bowl gets fur, etc. in it so you have to change it frequently, which means a process too time-consuming for most people. Youll have to change out the water every few days (if your cat is very picky) because as soon as my cat noticed one piece of fur or a gnat floating in the water, she wouldn’t drink from it! And you don’t just change the water, there’s the motor and filter which need to come out and rinsed/wiped clean. If you don’t do this frequently the suction cups that hold the motor in place get mold under them. You will have a slimy mess to clean if you wait a week to change the water & clean the bowl. THEN, after you clean the bowl, motor and filter, you have to reassemble the whole thing. The whole process takes at least 10 minutes every 3-4 days if you do it properly. This gets very old very quickly. You also have to buy new filters frequently. Believe me, it is NOT worth it! My cat will also only drink from sink faucets.
I think it is worth it. Saves your cats from kidney disease. And that is expensive and time consuming. If you have a cat, you owe them some time and care @@YM-zz5qq

Yes! Absolutely. I love your videos because they remind me of my male cat, Bobo. Your baby and my baby look like twins! Bobo absolutely refuses to drink water from anywhere but the sink.
🤣😂🤣 my gray tabby morris chip’s lookalike loved loved to run to the bathroom every time the toilet was flushed- he loved to watch the water swirl around the toilet while it went down the drain🤣😂🤣 - it was the funniest thing he was so fascinated by the process 😻🐾❤️🐾❤️🐾
My kitty loves the sink...to take a nap in it every once in a while but mostly to drink from thr faucet! He refuses to drink from a water bowl..ever! Lol
Your cat looks like my old cat Cooper. He was the same way. He always hung out by the kitchen sink and I would have to turn the faucet on for him to get a drink. My black cat Peanut gets confused when he sees water coming out of the sink and then he starts swinging at it lol
I had a large tuxedo who waited every morning for me to turn the water on for him. Now, almost every cat I have ever owned like to curl up in the sink in the summer. It was delightfully cool. 😻😁😻
Mine LOVE the faucets running a small stream of water. Peter will sit in the kitchen sink and meow until I run the faucet for him. Brother David will sit there and stare at me like "OK, run the water Dad" until I start the stream.
My Tilly Girl loves my kitchen sink she’s always laying in it I have to turn the tap on 6 times a day for her lol but I don’t mind I love ❤️ her so much
While I was gone to work my cat would turn on the faucet in the kitchen. She didn’t turn it off tho. So I would have to duct tape it so she could turn it on .
Before you run out and spend money on a cat fountain, keep in mind not all cats will use it, and like everything else some are better than others. They also need regular cleaning as cat fountains have been associated with bacteria growth and can cause complications.
