Thanks for this video ❤. I’m a perfectionist and chronically depressed so I will procrastinate quite often. But every now and than I kick myself and do a part again. Several years ago I used to meditate daily but one day I stopped. I don’t know why. After you talking about it I think I should start again, it is probably good for me 😅

Yes, Miss Mia Danielle has really chic hair style. I wanted to make the comment, but fear held me back. You gave me the motivation to come out and say it. Action is the antidote to fear :-)

Setting up systems that work (for me) was really hard and I’m still making minor changes. When my system is chugging along with no interruptions, I do fine. However, if something causes me to veer from the course because of an unexpected event, my system gets easily derailed. Maybe you can address the issue of getting back on track when life gets in the way?

All in all it sounds like your systems are too complicated, but it also depends on what is managed by the system. For example, when it comes to household tasks, there has to be an emergency mode when you have a stressful time in your life. For me, this is neglecting to clean the bathroom. Other tasks cannot be neglected like doing laundry and doing the dishes, because this is the stuff you need everyday. At some point you run out of clean clothes and dishes. But your bathroom absolutely can go a few more days or even two more weeks without being cleaned. Or you just get it 40% clean, call it a day and DON'T beat yourself up over it. Also, having less stuff really helps. When I have a stressful time I need space to put things I don't have time for right now. For example, I sort the mail and only deal with what is important. Everything that can wait gets tossed into a specific file in my file cabinet. Same for other stuff like returns, stuff I have to give back to friends/family, Christmas gifts that need to be stored for a few weeks, stuff that needs to be repaired, you name it. I have empty drawers and bins so I can put that kind of stuff there when times are stressful. When this stuff stays out in the open, for example on your dining table, it gets harder to wipe off the table. Or the stuff makes its way to the floor and you don't vacuum because you have to tidy up first. So for me it was not only "keeping only what your space can hold so everything has a home" but it was "having less stuff than my space can hold so that I have 'spare room' to keep my home running when life gets in the way". I function 1000x better when my place is tidy (doesn't have to be perfect, but I get easily overwhelmed in a cluttered environment and at stressful times I need all of my productivity). Perhaps you have something completely different in mind when it comes to systems, so feel free to share some details!
