Its not entirely true. Most of Indian people dont want to work/study/improve and they expect same is in USA and Europe and they can just go there and earn good money without proper skills. No you cant. These countries have millions not very well educated people too who need to work instead of immigrants from pretty safe developing country. Truth is diferent.
