I’ve been playing SoloQ hoopa and I got to masters with it, it took a minute but was so satisfying. Hoopa just supports in ways no one else can (and bullies people similarly)
Too bad hoopa is team reliant. This is at the point where either your teammates are too squishy to use your portals or they straight up dodge them for no reason. When you get people with their full functional brain, you just steamroll, but it's solo q so you're dead
me too. whenever i use Hoopa on solo queue, my teammates straight up don't understand the portal mechanism (more often than not😢). healer supporter is much safer if you play solo queue
it also happens that some idiots just stand on the portal once it's closed. like, bro, you ain't going to base till my cd is over. move out, you're just gonna end up killed
@@JoZerpPL not to mention the people who use the portal and doesn't come back ever. Like if you were already going to leave, my portal is way slower than him deciding to rotate + he can just spin on base and ping it and I'll give him the rotate portal
I have played a lot of solo q hoopa this season and last season , muscl scarf exp share and 7 red emblems , but it has made me develop the habit of self portalling a lot so I don't do too well in 5 stacks with hoopa it has got to a point where I have lost my confidence in supporting in a pre-made with hoopa , can you help with some advice how do I get out of that habit? Like what I do is portal on the enemies and wait a few seconds and then go for phantom force to stun and damage them , the thing is it works in solo q so well but gets hard punished in pre mades 😅 help please

Trick ball is better for solo queue,your teammates brain is often smaller than your portal making your portal useless,at least trick ball reduces sp def and makes shielding easier
