I am looking forward to #9. The little cottage. Hope you cover the the reno! My son has a little stone house in Croatia to be renovated for airbnb. Very interested in the approach.

Amazing choices Annette! Love all of them but particularly looking forward to the lil cottage and also the home that the kitchen would be immediately behind the window! 👍 can’t wait to see what happens and you have brightened my day with the choices!

Ciao ciao. I agree with #1 film set kitchen! #2 being somebody's house that isn't for sale is kind of a bummer, I'd say it's best if the top lists are all ones that are, or were, for sale. It would be cool to see more of the super budget places like Lizz got, especially around Fivizzano, maybe you and Federico can do "top 10 best value properties" or something.

It is hard to know which homes are still available. Federico's site has limited properties and some that he has shown are under a different agency. I suspect he is getting a lot of inquiries but in my experience he is slow to respond, if at all, which is unfortunate. I am relying on Idealista to find the shown listings. I am guessing some are under offer?
