Ruto was the Vice President of Kenya when his people Voted for him to become the President just as some Ghanaians want to vote for Bawumia. If you Vote base on tribal sentiments you will suffer in the end. Same way if you Vote for a bad leader you will feel the pain

That's what happens when a country has too many private elementary schools. The literacy quality becomes as good as the parents can pay for. (Private education shd be allowed only at the kindergarten and tertiary levels, so that we can all push to have quality at the elementary level...the foundation is very important!)
