I play 100depth but with 4222 since 4 weeks . To be honest I really struggle in Weekend League and rivals but I try to get better .. before the 4222 100depth I end Weekend League with 6 wins Max .. now I get 9-11wins ..for me personally it's a huge step forward .. And again thank you for the uploads because if your videos I see certain things in a different light

100 depth does wonder for player like me whose pressing skill is bad and magically switching to 100 depth gives good boost and switching speed improves with time. got so many rage quits on elite division yesterday with these tactics. I play 4321,4222,4231 all now on 100 depth since yesterday. Hoping to have easy WL with these.
Why balanced defense instead of press on big touch? Does the more compact shape and tighter marking with 100 depth make press after posession loss unnessesary?
