Amen! I forgave and let go. I prayed so much about it all, and now I'm talking with an incredible man who's the opposite of him. We are carefully getting to know each other, and he also was in a narcissistically abusive situationship.

Please start binge watching Dr. Sam Vaknin's videos on narcissism. He's a very self-aware diagnosed narcissist himself. He literally wrote the book on narcissism and cluster b personality disorders. This man helped me see the light, so to speak, educated me like no one else. The hardest part was accepting that you are ONLY an object, an object in their sick mind, and NOT a human being. This is why you are so easily discarded.

I was with a narcissist for 20 yrs 💔😩 I thank the Father , he removed him. We have three offspring together… he left me after his promotion he was committing adultery created a baby. Then he lost his promotion lost career lost his car went to prison new child was taken out of the lady’s custody do to drugs.
