What ranks are you playing in? I kbow that most ADCs don't know how to play safe but still it can't be that bad.( In gold btw)

As long as you’re okay with things like Teemo E (poison on AA) also stacking it

he isn't a good support if you can't play him, twitch barely counters anyone as a support, his win con is playing the map and picking his fights. This isn't a support pick you do to be "a support" its a carry build that exploits the support gold income because = AP twitch has earlier power spikes/ has incredible roaming potential

If I’m thinking of the same one, the Teemo would literally stand invisible in one spot in lane, soaking XP from mid for the eventual cheese. Twitch can actually move around the map so to keep it’s a bit better. “Roaming support” is a thing, but when the Teemo would just sit in another lane for minutes at a time it would tilt the teammate who was losing XP in addition to tilting bot, and if the enemy kid knows you’re there you LITERALLY can’t surprise them because you can not move without coming out of invisibility. Twitch can approach from different angles at least

Even in plat (which people will call low elo but it at least shows the players are at least not like iron tier) people lose to Twitch supp every single time. I had a game recently where my adc told the team that bot lane isn’t responsible if they start feeding Twitch as he’ll be roaming. They all flamed my adc, jungler said don’t expect ganks and top and mid said my adc “should ping when Twitch is mia and danger ping the lane we think Twitch is going to”. Adc spam pinged it level 1, got flamed more, then top lane still proceeded to die as if it was unexpected. Twitch spammed top and mid gank and ended game 20/1. And EVERY time without fail team will say it’s bots fault for losing “2v1”. As support, I just try to match twitch’s roams (depending on who I’m playing) but if I’m ever not babysitting top and mid like if I go back to not to do the alleged 2v1, they WILL die to twitch. I’ll gift control wards but it’s not enough since I only get one at a time. I can be playing the game of my life but my team is too stupid to deal with twitch camouflage, and everyone nowadays says “control wards are always a waste of gold teehee, they delay build” because some challenger said it so now average and low elo players have reaffirmed to themselves to never buy control wards unless there’s an evelynn. Its best that you do so, so they don't tilt (hopefully) or report you. Basically you tell them to play safe and good luck. Cause they will probably be playing 1vs2 for most of the game and its not fun at all for your adc. Thresh roaming in this game trying to match Twitch was actually really good for Jinx but you can't count on it happening. The Idea behind this is to sack 1 lane (bot) in exchange for getting top, mid and jungle ahead. And tilting the enemy team so much they ff before your adc tilts off the face of the planet. Its a legit strat that can work but its best if your team is willing to go along with it or you might just get 9x reported at the end if the game.
