Yay the septic system is in 🎉! Definitely making progress on the boys cabin 😊! I like the changes to Case’s bedroom/ bathroom area😊! The animals look like they are all doing well 🥰! Chad and Rae, we moved into an apartment and bought an LG Tower washer and dryer. They are stacked so only take the width of one machine instead of two. They are a great machine! Hope this gives you an option!

I've lived in OK twice. Was stationed at Tinker. Y'all need some more trees. I have hand planted 27,000 trees on my 20 acres in Mo. Got them all from the conservation dept. A dibble bar (dont dig any deeper than the length of the roots and use fully soaked soil moist crystals that retains water even during your drought) and a bucket of bare root trees like fast growing oaks like cherrybark oak or a nuttall oak would give your animals more shade and both are a bright red and orange in the fall.

that built up area looks like it was made to contain a smaller area of water in case of drought. So it is not spread over a large area, but shallow. Because of the mud, that keeps a really deep area just in case. If you have ever been caught on a horse, in mud like that, they can sink up to their belly, with no visible water on the top. We called it quicksand, although it just felt like it, the horses managed to get out (3 different very dangerous occassions). It also keeps an area for a swimming hole, when they get bigger.

I am amazed at how big the main pipe or container or whatever it is called, and how long the smaller ones go. What fun to watch it happening. Obviously, I have never seen a sewer system installed. Adler is really getting taller. Sorry Carter is sick, but prayers he recovers soon. Love and hugs. Coyotes are moving around and hope the chickens and small animals aren't messed with.

Sorry about the loss of the neighbors calf. We purchased our country property February 10th, we were going to get chickens, goat's and rabbits but have decided we need to take care of the coyotes first. There's a pack of them last I counted there were 8-10. Until I have them taken care of I am afraid that our livestock will just be a quick meal for them. Everyday we wake up to deer in our yard it's amazing how much you appreciate the quietness of the country after living in the city. Love how quickly you have gotten the cabin together. Before long you will be sitting back on your porch enjoying watching your animals graze on the grass you have planted. Hopefully you will get your other cabin soon because having 5 people in our house can get crowded quickly! Have a wonderful day! Much Love from our family to your family 💞

Ahhh the septic system. I feel relief already. Real shock/shame re calf death from coyote. You did show us the footprints. Donkeys/dogs/cattle and still the coyote wind. Thank you so much for the footage of the pond. As you’ve said the camera flattens it out a lot but that huge tree root gives an idea. Still was shocked when you said the water is 8 feet down. The rock slabs taken from the leach drain excavation would make a great play area for goats/lambs or garden feature or a waterfall to slow the drainage into the pond. Also could be used to bank garden beds or make stepping stones in an area that gets mucky during your wet season. Could also use them as steps cut into a bank.

I know it might sound a little silly, but it works. (look it up) slice up 2 onions thick and place on the bottom of the feet. I use a small piece of plastic wrap under it and hold it in place with socks. do it at night. it cuts fever fast and literally makes you feel better the next morning. Been doing it all my life and it works. it is a blood purifier and the feet are the most absorbent and moves the natural chemical of onions (red, yellow or white) through your body fast.

Yea... You've got things 'moving' in the right direction with the new septic tank (of course it's new, not the kind of thing you can buy used)!🙃 You've got the cabin looking great! Great idea getting the 3 boys their own W&D. Teaching our boys (and girls) to cook, do laundry, etc prepares them for adulthood. The ducks on your pond are Blue wing teal. The bluegray head with the white on the head is the drake. Both will have light blue patches on the wings you can see when they are flying. Grebes have a beak and are fish eaters.
