Here we go, embarking on round 2 at the enchanting Teewah Beach! Our previous visit was plagued by mechanical issues that left us bogged down for hours. But this time, determined and prepared, we set out with a renewed sense of excitement, hoping to finally experience the true wonders this beach has to offer.
And lo and behold, we succeeded! We triumphantly made our way onto the expansive sandy shores, a sense of accomplishment washing over us. Teewah Beach welcomed us with open arms, revealing its captivating beauty that had been eagerly awaiting our arrival. The beach stretched out as far as the eye could see, its vastness inviting us to explore its every corner.
During our time at this ultimate beachfront camp, we were treated to an awe-inspiring display of nature's artistry. The sunrises were nothing short of breathtaking, casting vibrant hues of gold and pink across the serene horizon. As the first rays of sunlight danced upon the tranquil waters, a sense of tranquility and wonder washed over us, leaving us spellbound.
But the magnificence didn't end there. Our adventure took us to the remarkable Double Island, a place so mesmerizing that words fail to capture its true essence. The island stood proudly amidst the sparkling turquoise waters, its lush greenery contrasting against the azure backdrop. The sheer beauty of Double Island left us in a state of awe and admiration, as we marveled at its untamed allure.
Experiencing Teewah Beach and Double Island reaffirmed why we embarked on a full-time travel journey. These magical destinations hold a unique charm that captures the essence of exploration and discovery. The memories we created here will forever be etched in our hearts, serving as a reminder of the extraordinary experiences that await those who venture into the unknown.
If you ever have the chance, make sure not to miss this unparalleled campsite. Teewah Beach and Double Island have a way of enchanting all who have the privilege of setting foot on their shores. Prepare to be captivated, inspired, and forever changed by the sheer beauty and allure of these remarkable coastal treasures.

Had a good chuckle at your humour, so funny watching you getting in the boat, a couple of seats might help, we have the boat motor on the back of the Caravan with a winch to lift it straight from the boat to it's brackets & mostly leave everything except rods in the boat, we go for Redclaw in the dams and fish in saltwater

Great video guys 👍 Amazing what difference it makes when all 4 wheels are powered. We think the snorkel addition is a great thing, shame about the price, but you did say that everything on the big truck has a big price tag. It’ll remove the fear factor for water crossings and open up lots more destinations. Safe travels.

We're glad you guys finally got that monkey off your back & made it to your camp. It's such a popular spot. Originally from Qld, we were lucky to have this on our doorstep. Bet you guys are missing your fur babies. If they're like our Staffy's, they would've loved the water & had a fat time, but obviously, understood dogs aren't allowed. Good to hear you guys relaxed. Look forward to the next adventure. Travel safe!🍻

On 2 separate trips, we stayed at Dilli Village (gated campground) & then the east coast camping north of the Maheno. Both great spots, depends on your own wishes. Plenty of other options. Sandy Cape lighthouse is a must, very scenic up there, Champagne Pools along the way but just check if can get that big 350 beast through Ngkala Rocks. There was just enough room to get our 200 series through there. It is great entertainment watching people attempt the often very soft sand. Low tyre pressures & momentum is your friend. Lake McKenzie was great as well. I know we did not see anywhere near all there is to on Fraser - next time we hope to spend at least a week there !! Enjoy, you will love it. Cheers, Dave

Quite enjoying your adventures, as another F Truck (2022 F250) owner you had me very worried after your first venture to Teewah. Glad the issue has been sorted. Looking forward to seeing the snorkel, I have always had one on previous vehicles but my searches haven't found one yet so looking forward to seeing yours. At 6k for both bullbar and snorkel is a lot of money, I suspect that we can go without the bullbar but believe we certainly need a snorkel. At this stage our vehicle is very standard, as time goes by it will be modified, slowly. As for where to stay on Fraser, it is a number of years since we were there last but Central Station was very central to everything on the southern half of the island but Dundubara was the best. In those days we were towing a camper trailer so Dundubara was ideal for us.

Thanks for watching mate!😁👍 We got our snorkel from AMVE in Brisbane. 5 inch stainless and powder coated with custom aribox. The boys there are great to deal with! Ask for Jamie! We just got back from Fraser, we visited Central station, absolutely beautiful! Can’t wait to go back 😁👍

Well we will do a short vid on it, but we have had it for a week and so far we’re pretty happy with it! It’s a 5 inch stainless (powder coated) custom made snorkel with custom air box, it loud with the window down but small price to pay for peace of mind. AMVE (All safe Mine Vehicles Equipment) in Brisbane built our bull bar and our snorkel. They are great to deal with! The whole thing cost just under $6000 More details on the video
